Ordering process is very simple, the blinds are good value and they are easy to install. They look great in my space and block out the sun fully when closed.
The new blinds work fine. It's just a shame that they had to be ordered to replace several of your blinds that mysteriously failed. The plastic piece that attached to the end of the heavy black spring failed, sending several broken parts flying into the room.
