Ordered blinds for grandsons home. Once, installed look very nice.

Was able to confirm colors, blinds ordered, and shipped/received within days! Nice quality, wands a little tight but they look great! I had these professionally measured and installed. The blinds themselves were good value, though I had to order another brand for 17" width. The color is a good match too. Thank you

I provided the measurements for my window blinds and Blindsgalore did the rest. They're website was so easy to use. All blinds were delivered in perfect condition and bubble wrapped for protection.

It took longer to get my solar shades than expected, and I have to say I am only partially pleased. They don't block the heat from the sun as well as I expected, for one thing. And the color isn't what I really expected, but that is my own fault, as I didn't order swatches first to check it out. They are OK and I am keeping them, but I do wish they did a better job of blocking the heat on the porch which has a western exposure and gets very warm.

Price was decent for the product. Like the efficient free shipping. Some of the endcaps fell off, but I put them back together. Looks like they're loose, but fine. Getting the blinds into the clips took a lot of effort, especially for the extra-wide blinds. But with some trial-and-error, got it done.

Easy to order other than web not allowing ability to order the rod for the correct side to work with stacking side. Had to call customer service who were able to rectify issue on their end.

Most of my experience was excellent. I was able to order and review fabric samples. The ordering process for the shades themselves was very detailed and completely custom. Selection was very good. However, a mistake was made in the manufacture of my roller shades, I ordered "standard" roll shades, but I my shades were made with "reverse" roll. I reviewed the order to confirm and the mistake was inexplicable. Everything else was great, but this error made my experience unfortunate. I did not want to wait for a replacement order, so I installed them and I am less pleased than I would have been had my order been fulfilled exactly as I ordered. Reverse roll hides the chain pull from view when the shades are down which then makes access to the chain a bit awkward to raise them. One other thing to know is that the shades are shipped with 2" long screws. This is good for normal frame construction with wallboard and studs. In my case I was installing the shades on a screen porch that was built with 1 1/2" mahogany verticals. I needed 3/4" screws, since they would be coming from both sides in the exact same location. Fortunately, I do a lot of DIY work and I have a full selection of stainless steel screws on hand. Also, the hold down clips that attach to the bottom rail were very difficult to snap onto the bottom rail. I had to carefully use wide jaw, non-marking pliers to get them to clip onto the rail. Everything else about the process and the product was excellent. The shades look and operate great. I would not hesitate to order from Blinds Galore again despite the fulfillment error and the hold-down clip issue. I hope they have figured out how it happened and have adjusted their assembly and fulfillment process accordingly.

Got just what we ordered. You do need to be patient. The delivery said one date and didn't receive it for a while Afterwards.

The blinds went up pretty easy. We did have a bit of difficulty "clicking" blind into the plastic holders, but it eventually clicked. I also wish the handles the blinds came with looked a little nicer. It doesn't seem like the handles can be adjusted once they are in place, so be aware of that. Other than that, they look nice and function as they said they would.
