It took about a month for the blind to get here. I'm satisfied with it, and it was easy to install. It is a custom product, so about a month for getting it is probably not unreasonable. It did surprise me somewhat.

Working with blindsgalore for nearly 12 years and the professionalism continues to shine. They are easy to speak to and I get a real person anytime I call. They are thoughtful in the process and provide good advice in deciding on window coverings. If anything's wrong with the order they are arguably faster in getting that resolved than even an initial order. Well done, will continue to be a customer.

Honestly, you have great products, but your website does not do them any justice. Your "photos" (are they vectors? AI?) don't actually show the product that you're getting. They're fuzzy, they're fake, and they don't show any of the details you want to see up close. You should do a much better job showing people what they're getting and talking about the quality. Have videos, put on real photos from every angle. Have good photos of the color swatches, not these pixel-y squares that give you no real sense of the difference between two different shades. You should have real videos of people installing your shades.

Easy from beginning to end, excellent product at a fair price.

I ordered blinds and they didn't come with wrap around valances. I contacted the Company and explained that I wasn't aware that the valances didn't come with the wrap feature. The rep explained that it was because I ordered inside Mount blinds. Unfortunately my windows are partially inside and therefore I could see the sides of the shade which are unfinished. The rep offered to order full wrap balances which came 2 weeks later and now my blinds look completed and not unfinished. Thankyou Blinds Galore for taking care of this problem with an easy solution.

The quality of the product is great, but the price was fantastic. Color was very close to on screen color. I am looking to order for the rest of the house now.

I didn't think the cellular shades would fit or look good so I avoided putting them up until now. I was also not wanting to take the old ones down thinking it was going to be difficult. I finally did it yesterday and to my surprise it was relatively easy to take down and put up. A total of 30 minutes for 2 shades. And I love them. They work great in my small windows and the color is good.

We had measured wrong. They we're too wide... i called to see where we needed to send them and get the right size... she said just donate them... and we'll send you new one's at no more cost to you... will be buying more from them soon. Thanks so much
