Easy order. Quick delivery. Good instructions. Easy to install.

Blinds were received in a timely manner and all pieces were included. They were easy to hang and high quality nice looking blinds.

Returning customer of several years. Ordered with confidence and not disappointed. Delivery coincided with the start of an extended vacation, but customer service extended our return period to allow for installation upon return. Blinds fit and work perfectly. Will continue to recommend and return as customers for excellent value, quality products and good, old-school customer service and communication. Blindsgalore rocks!

I love my new blinds! I made an error measuring but customer service was very helpful - I donated the blind to Habitat for Humanity and was sent a replacement that fits great and looks wonderful. Very happy with my experience - thanks!

I measured my windows and received the blinds in the given time frame. I am happy with the blinds. They are exactly what I had hoped for. I had previously used select blinds but with a price comparison I was able to save money (over $100) for the same order (4 window with honeycomb blinds) with blinds galore. I will use them again if they maintain their competitive pricing! Good quality easy to hang!

No problem ordering or with delivery. The DIY process is mostly easy. I did have to redrill a spot on the side of my window sill where the cord goes because it was too tight. When it's tight there's more friction when you raise and lower the blind. Moving it not even a half inch higher made it work better. I liked the old single cord with a release on the top much better. I think the design had to be changed do to safety requirements.

Ordering and delivery went well. However, the blinds are very light weight. I thought they would be more substantial.

Took several months to resolve. We did finally get another shade, which we appreciate, but process was frustrating.

My blinds look great and I'm happy with them except the one wand to open and close turns so hard at times I have to use both hands. Usually they turn easier to close in the downward position but to open or turn the slats upward requires more force and strength. Any ideas what I can do to make them work easier? My other blind works great, easy to open or close with slats up or down.

I have bought custom blinds from big box stores, but then I discovered Blindsgalore. Their pricing is much better. Also, they fit the blinds for both width and length. The blinds I ordered from big box stores fit only to width, and I would need to rebuild the blind to set the length. They provide a great service.
