I ordered a mini blind for a custom size window. It was received in a timely manner and fit perfectly.

Got a good product overall. Had the blinds wanted in a large size that worked. Happy with it.

I was happy with the product and happy to see the installation allowed some rooms for error as that was my main concern with DIY

The staff were great to deal with but unfortunately, I missed my 3 year warranty by 2 months after I discovered a Blind that I had replaced previously in the motorhome had melted due to summer heat. I agree that the blinds should have a deadline for warranty but in the case of full failure that may happen again, I feel this is a material flaw and could have been handled differently. I have a second blind that was replaced at the same time as the failed one, it is also damaged but not as bad as the first one since it still works well enough for now.

We had wanted it in place for a picnic we held but due to some unforeseen circumstances we didn't receive the panel when expected. However, I will say after receipt and installation the panel is doing exactly what we hoped it would do. And the order was complete and correct.

AND you guys" follow up " on Customers AFTER delivery... its probably been at least 3 weeks?! I don't even recall... I would say fairly good quality, although I did go with YOUR cheaper brand, it was still quite pricey at TWO CELLULAR BLINDS ==$$270+ Some Confusion regarding your "Steps" for choosing colors, size... finally made it out of your site. Now Shipping was Ridiculous... must of hit a Dozen State and 15 cities before the exhausted Donkey made it here, and the it would Sit in one place for days. My delivery finally made it here... and my blinds are up... all that worrying for naught.(not everyone can have Amazon efficiency, right)

They were easy to install and are well constructed and work well

The only issue we had was one of the end caps was broken. We just got another end cap in an envelope and when we opened it, that endcap was also broken by the mail. I recommend maybe some more bubble wrap or something because even the one that was the replacement that was sent alone was broken when we open the package. And there was very little protection.

One of their agents helped me place the order during their recent sale. Price came through at 50% off as advertised and got exactly what I wanted.

I ordered mini blinds, and when I got someone, to install them for me, because I am in a wheelchair. There were no cords and I could not reach the blind to pull it down. They never included disabled people when they designed these. So they were useless to me. I am sure for a healthy person they would be fine. I bought cord and restrung all my old mini blinds, since blinds galore does not offer any blinds for people in wheelchairs or are just short.

The website makes choosing, ordering, and purchasing very easy. Everything is organized and presented well and the options are many. Everything is clearly explained from purchasing to installation. I highly recommend Blindsgalore.

This is a fantastic company with excellent customer service! I had a problem which wasn't even their fault but they took care of it right away! I would recommend Blinds Galore as they go the extra mile for their customers

Their website was easy to navigate and to place my order. Customer service was very helpful and I didn't have to wait for a call back as with other sites. Prices seemed very fair and I was pleased with my purchase of roller shades. We installed them and are very happy about the amount of sun heat the shades repel.
