Ordered two sets of Skylight Blackout shades. They arrived promptly and fit perfectly. Customer service is excellent.

Ordering is easy. Blinds arrive on time and good shape. Good quality.

Excellent product selection and customization. Very high quality. As you would expect, prices were NOT cheap. My biggest frustration was how long it took to actually make and ship my order. The web site said 7 - 10 business days, but that is how long it took to schedule and make my one blind order. Then an extra day before FedEx received the package. Overall, it was 2 weeks from order to receipt. Not huge in the grand scheme of things, but in today's environment of 1 - 2 days from order to receipt, it seemed a long tome to wait.

The original order was the wrong size.
The replacement was correct.

Our newest addition of Blindsgalore window shades is perfect. They fit perfectly and were relatively easy for this 72 year old to install. We bought them to help cut down on the heat radiating through a large window of glass bricks in our bathroom. We live in the Sonoran Desert of Arizona and it gets HOT here. Our bathroom would become a relative sauna in the afternoon, but now with the new shade, you can barely feel any heat. And the shades are attractive as well. We are so pleased with the transformation and only wish we'd made the upgrade years ago.

The blind is sown unevenly so it doesn't pull up and down without rubbing on the cord. I will not be able to use this without ruining the fabric and would ask for a refund if possible if I take photos to send.

My original blind was having an issue coming through customs, so they used another manufacturer with no additional cost for me.

Have dealt with them before that's why I chose them again. Will contact them again.

I have ordered from Blindsgalore many times, so getting a new blind was as simple as looking at the measurement label on the old one and ordering same size. I love the new cordless blinds. They are so easy to raise and lower. Thank you for another great experience and product.
