Took a little bit to install. But it turned out great. Color matched perfectly! I do wish I would have went a little longer then it staid to so I could have a little more room to work with. But it still works perfect! Didn't add the cover on it and still looks good.
I"ve ordered before and always been happy with what I received. One blind this time was a bit more complicated, so requested installer info via link. Was put in contact with NBI (National Blind Installers). The initial installer was not responsive so reached out and NBI, they responded quickly to give alternate options, which worked great. Overall experience with BlindsGalore and NBI was great
All 11 window treatments I ordered were delivered… all 10 cellular were perfect!… the solar shade came with a broken chain… which happens… but when I called to help with the broken chain… it was crazy getting one sent. Over the next 16 days I spoke with 5 different people and no response back on problem… finally… Steve the last rep took care of it and chain was mailed out next day! Why couldn't that have been done the first day I called about problem! …the solar shade is up and fine …but the WAIT should have never happened! Hopefully this does not happen to another one of your customers. I realize that things happen…. Just am very glad I now am pleased with my windows. Hopefully you will help me in the future if one of the shades would for some reason have a problem. I guess thanks to everyone who attempted to help. Thanks

While I have struggled with all the limitations of of working with "Big Hardware" to source customizable blinds (size limits, measurement snafus, shipping costs and restrictions, limited materials & styles, extra fees, unavailability of equipment or knowledgeable staff) I decided to shop around online.
BlindsGalore immediately stood out by offering the sizes and materials I needed for this project.
A good start. But I was aprehensive -- measuring, complicated color/material selecting, surprise fees, extra shipping, etc awaited.
However the BlindsGalore website walked me through a logical simple specification process for the right blind. Then--I was pleasantly amazed--I was prompted for window dimensions only. They would calculate the size. No add=on costs.
A sight unseen leap of faith, but they sized exactly. And promptly. Also the mounting hardware was uniquely simple and allowed for a sturdier more precise install than the typical cheaply made "box" type mounts.
BlindsGalore provided a seamless simple order & install experience that made me look good.
While the images of gauge/color were a bit confusing (maybe remove shading in the images) the step by step selection process was clear & left me confident I selected the product I desired.
Pricing along the selection process clear & no surprises.

I mixed up the dimensions when ordering but customer service was on point helping me solve the problem and sending me out the correct one immediately
Opened the blinds to hang them and realized they don't come with directions. They were shipped with plastic hooks holding the top to the bottom and absolutely no instructions on how to remove those plastic hooks in order to release the blinds after hanging. No directions on the website so we called customer service. The woman who answered was stumped and had to call the manufacturer who told her they would simply open once they were hung. Not true. We had to just cut the plastic and while it's acceptable it's not perfect, i. E. the plastic pieces are sticking out against the window and the blind doesn't fully come down. So not happy with that. In addition, please note that if you are ordering blackout blinds the color will be much darker than what it appears online. Probably should have ordered swatches but I don't know if that would have included the blackout material.
I only bought one shade, so I could see what the quality was like. After installing that we quickly bought three more. Our shade is beautiful, it was easy to install and it works great.
This is our third time purchasing blinds for our home. We have had nothing but great experiences. We have many more windows to cover and we will be ordering more from Blindsgalore
These blind are very high quality material. I'm a huge fan of the light filtering/black out fabric on the back of them.
This blind is massive and it's built so well I had no issues with bowing after they were installed.
I did have to recruit a friend for help with hanging, but mostly because of the awkward length of my window.

I was shocked at the cost of blinds when I got an estimate for three blinds at Budget Blinds. When I ordered even better blinds (top down bottom up blinds) at Blindsgalore, the cost was about 15% of the other quote. Not 15% less, but 85% less. The blinds came quickly. And they look great.
Intuitive and easy to use website for ordering blinds
Ordering the blinds was great the man who helped us was awesome! The DIY instructions are a nightmare! Phone tech on first call was amazing! Never received a call back when we called for help on pato shades. I don't think I received the patio shade I ordered!
I was debating purchasing a similar shade for my lounge from Home Depot. The price was causing me to pause-over $500 for the size and style I wanted. I happened upon this company and took a chance-great choice! Not only is it US based and family owned-which I love-but it's easy to order online, shipped in a reasonable time and was easy to install and at a fraction of the price of large box stores. This was a great experience with a company I feel good about supporting.
Great sale, easy online ordering with flexible payment options. Almost ordered from big box Home Depot for 3x the price for similar product. Thank good I did not!
Happy experience overall. Received my shades (zebra) on the promised date, no issues with the quality BUT the installation instructions were missing. The website didn't have the instructions for my model. Contacted support but it took three tries (a whole week time) to get the right document, but by that time i figured out by myself the installation.
In any case, the shades looked beautiful when installed, so no issues there.
We've been a returning customer for years. Just take window measurements, send in the order, and within a couple weeks, we have the blinds ready to install. The quality is top notch and we've never had a problem with any of our blinds we've installed ourselves.

We had no trouble ordering on 12/13/25. However, we NEVER received an e-mail confirming the order or telling us when it would be delivered or any tracking information. I tried calling, but never received any information. One day, it just arrived!
Everything worked nicely in the install process of three blinds in our bedroom. The first took close to an hour from start to finish; the other two took 45 minutes for both. Since I knew what I was doing and did drilling jobs and the like on both windows
We replaced all our windows a few years back and have been slowly replacing all the window treatments in our house since then. Our most recent order should take care of the last of our windows. Unfortunately, we have been ill since Christmas and have not yet been able to install the treatments. Fingers crossed that all goes well. Quality looks excellent so far.
Blind was easy to install, looks great and was reasonably priced for the type of blind I ordered. I'm thinking of getting more for other windows.
