I was expecting specially made wood look blinds from their business. The blinds did not come even when I received the out for delivery notices. I contacted the company and they responded in a timely manner. Told me the blinds had been shipped the day or 2 before. Blinds were then delivered; however they were made and shipped from China, not from a US company that makes custom blinds. The roller shade I received is very nice but, not what we were expecting. Felt misled because we wanted to support a small American company, not a Chinese one.
