Bought these blinds for 8 windows about 3 years ago and 3 more this year. Really love them!
The motorized operate blinds with battery last at least 6 months before the next recharge.

The description of the shades I bought stated that they were made in Mexico, not the U.S. like they claim their other products are. I was fine with that, but the shades I received are clearly marked made in China. Having said that, they are decent quality and look nice, they took about 3-4 weeks not the 7-10 days stated. I am not returning them, but am disappointed in the experience that they said they were being manufactured somewhere other that the true country of origin. It wouldn't have been a deal breaker in my purchase, but the untruth left a bad taste in my mouth

Delivery was on time; packaging was excellent. Bali blinds were easy to install, look attractive, and operate well. G

Measurements were off so I called and talked it Beth. She was very nice and helpful. She was able to send me a new one with the correct measurements. Very easy customer service experience.

Product delivered as promised with all parts included and exactly according to specifications. I found assembly challenging but with patience and reference to on line "how to" videos and careful attention to included written instructions I was able to complete the project successfully. I would recommend Blindsgalore to other shoppers.

I ordered two black out vertical blinds, custom sizes. I have ordered from a different store in the past and had no issues. I followed the instructions to measure window frame and all that and the blinds arrived but would not fit. They were exactly the width of the frame with no space for the bracket ls on either side, so unable to be installed. I called customer support and had a replacement made at night extra cost. Waited the three weeks again and finally the new blinds arrived. They fit this time around (with more space on either side than I would have liked but at least they block the light). However the smaller blind is wonky and when it rolls back up the roll piles on the left side all the way to the bracket. Which I'm worried will damage it overtime and also the whole thing looks crooked when it's down the length of the window. I am pretty sure something is not even where the blind attaches to the roller and that's why it looks and rolls not straight. Also FedEx never updated me for either delivery until the week after I had received the parcels. I would not re order from here as this is all very time consuming and I'm disappointed in the final result.

My wife and I just moved into a house that needed a blind on a large East facing window. The morning sun is awesome, but a little overwhelming when you're just getting around. That and the neighbors had great light to see what we were having for breakfast, not to mention our wardrobe. These plantation blinds were just what we needed. Their recommendation that we use two blinds was also wise. I doubt we could have raised them otherwise. Thanks.
