Had to reorder. I ordered roller shades from Bali. I wanted a fabric shade and the polyester ended up looking and feeling like vinyl. Also, the shade was 1-2 inches more narrow than I ordered. The top of the shade from bracket to bracket was what I ordered. Just be sure and call and have them talk you through the measuring process to make sure you are getting what you want.

My measurements for the blind was right on. Easily to install. The blind was delivered sooner than expected.

I purchase window coverings for my church and Blinds Galore has been with me for a large part of it. They make it easy.

I have spoken with customer service for help but never because of an issue with their product or service.

Ordering online gives plenty of options, and clear directions to measure the needed size.
One thing I found out is that most (all?) retailers no longer offer an option to get a weighted pulley for vertical blinds (thanks CPA). I needed to order one from a different vendor.

The site is easy to find what you like. Prices are great. Instructions are always there & easy to follow. When I need window coverings Blinds Galore is where I'm find what I want! Highly recommend.

I am very disappointed that to date Blidsgalore cannot see the damage per the photos sent, it would have been better for you to direct me to return the damaged shade instead of continuing to say that Blindsgalore specialist cannot determine the problem/damage per the photos provided to Blidsgalore, which were many.

Love my new shades, however I wish they were just a tad wider in width so the light doesn't come through. I provided the exact size as required. Over all, I would HIGHLY recommend Blindsglaore!

I needed to replace a broken Levolor blind and found Blindsgalore. I had the good fortune to find them at a time they were celebrating a milestone anniversary and received a very nice pricing discount. I found the web-site easy to use for specifying the specifications for the new blind, with the exception of how the wands & lanyards were spec'd. I wanted to make sure I got the correct configuration, so I gave Blindsgalore a call. I don't recall who I spoke to, but I received very personal attention and exactly the clarification I needed; top notch customer service on the call. The replacement shade arrived intact and undamaged, installed perfectly into the window area, and looks great. From start to finish, the level of customer service was (and is) outstanding. I will definitely re-engage with Blindsgalore should I have additional window treatment needs!

Your phone system leaves a LOT TO BE DESIRED. When I encountered a problem installing and had a paid installer on site waiting it was several hours before we could get through to you for a simple piece of information that was missing on the blinds.

Really do not like that you have to listen for 5-7 minutes to an advertisement before I can even leave a message. This doesn't work
