I ordered two sets of blinds for my parents' home. It was very easy to make my order. While we were waiting for a shipping confirmation, I ended up calling their customer service line. The lady was very pleasant and helpful! The blinds came very quickly once shipped, and were easy to put up. My parents are very happy!

Completely satisfied with the purchase. Product is of very good quality and was easy to install. Product was delivered few days late than the delivery date but was not a concern for me.
Customer service was very cooperative and they resolved my billing issue quickly.
One thing I liked about them is update at each step and good quality at affordable price.
Definitely worth trying.

The site indicates that delivery will take 30-50 days. The first time I ordered blinds it did indeed take over a month. For this reason it seemed probable that a second order would not arrive until we arrive on the other side of the continent in our trailer. Now I learn that the delivery has been made to California, where we will be for Thanksgiving. I only wish that it had been possible to have a better gauge for delivery time.

There were no shipping problems and were easy to install.

Ordered over phone and the sales rep was very helpful. It was easy ordering. I love the blind. I decided not to do the motorized and it is a fairly long window blind. I do think the want for such a long blind could be sturdier but it works for it.

We originally were only going to put these in our bedroom. Once we saw how beautiful they looked and how easy they were to use we ended up putting them throughout our entire house! You have to be very diligent with your measurements and other selections like the liner since they are custom made. We were off in a few places with our measurements but it turned out okay.

We only bought 1 blind, but the color and fit are perfect. A little tricky to hang, but we figured it out and it looks great! Thank you Blindgalore!
