Purchased these in a waterfall curtain for our family room, and Office. Absolutely love them! Such high-quality.

The delivery was fine, and the quality of the product is fine. Installing was a horror show. All brackets were up however, the directions on the chords were completely not understandable and as a result, the chords were so completely tangled that I had to cut all the cords out, and now it's hung with no cords. I am able to close it but only open it halfway since it doesn't have cords and it buckles if I try to open it more than that. I considered returning it, but it's an item now with no cords, but they were so tangled that it was impossible to use them. I have ordered from blinds galore before. Disappointed to say the least!

I like these blinds, the black out feature is fantastic! But they took 1.5 months to ship to me and the website had said 7 days. They also got one order incorrect, it should have been cordless and was not.
