Love our blinds!

I have to start by saying that I was a little nervous buying blinds online because I was scared they wouldn't fit properly. We watched the videos on how to properly measure the windows so the blinds would fit. Then just following the ordering guide it walked us through the process to enter all of the information. It ended up being fairly easy for the ordering process. We received a confirmation and also a tracking number once they were on their way.
The blinds arrived at our door two weeks later. We ordered two vertical blinds, one set for our living room and one set for a spare bedroom, and also a roll down blind for the kitchen. The vertical blinds were packaged separately, but the hardware for them was all together. That was a little confusing but we figured it out. The instructions could have been a little clearer for the vertical blinds on how to snap the main rod into place but once we figured it out it was all good. The spare bedroom was a breeze to do once we had the living room one done.
We are very happy with our blinds, lots of colour options to choose from, select the correct length and width and you're good to go. We are so happy with our blinds, we would not hesitate to order again!

Love the blinds

Ordered 3 honeycomb blinds. Very happy with the quality, sizing and look of the blinds. One was very big so I was informed it would arrive in a bigger delivery. The delivery was very delayed and I had to contact the company to find out why there was no tracking for over a week. So giving the blinds 5 stars but the delivery process only 3 stars due to the delay and only found out after I initiated contact. But I will order from the company again.

I purchased a skylight blind. I am pleased with the product quality. It looks nice and effectively blocks out light. There were some hiccups with my experience however.
- The measuring procedure was a bit unclear. For the width, it says to round down to the nearest 1/4" inch, which makes sense. For the length it says to round UP to the nearest 1/4", which doesn't make sense. I followed the instructions and the rails showed up too long, so I had to cut them down with a hack saw.
- The screws that attach the tracks to the wall have large heads which protrude into the track and catch on the blind as you slide it through the track. It would be better if these screws went flush to the track. Bonus points if the heads were color matched to the track.
- The installation procedure was difficult to understand and there was no video for skylight blind installation. I followed the procedure but the various parts did not end up aligned correctly. I had to remove it and start over following my own procedure. What worked for me was:
1. Position and attach lengthwise rails first. Position the rails so they're equidistant from the opening.
2. Attach the mounting clips to the blinds and put the blinds in the rails. Slide the blinds to the wall so the mounting clips touch the wall, and mark where the mounting clips touch the wall.
3. Remove the mounting clips from the blinds and screw them in the wall, using the marks made above.
4. Attach the blinds to the mounting clips.

There's so many options for blinds, I think I'd look around for a more polished product before ordering from blindsgalore again. I would order from blindsgalore again if I couldn't find something better.

Great blinds, great price

We ordered light filtering cellular shades in white.
These blinds are a fraction of the cost from any other store, and they look and function great. They are easy to install and completely met our expectations. We like the way the top bar looks next to the moulding around the window frame. 10/10 and we will be ordering more blinds in the future.

Delivery was easy and timely. We like that too can track shipping through the website and see when your order is fulfilled, etc.

Great quality custom blinds

I have purchased from here several times I have even changed color schemes and ordered new blinds to coordinate and they had my old sizes still saved and labeled so made it really easy! I have recommended them to my family and friends and they have purchased as well since they loved mine.

Just ok

One of our blinds came damaged with a tear in it and we have to exchange. They are just ok curtains. Time will tell. Seems rather cheap. Basically a piece of fabric glued to a cardboard tube. Not sure if that is standard or not.

Overall, this was a satisfactory experience. Part of the order was mis-routed by FedEx (not BlindsGalore's fault, except that they chose FedEx as their shipper), so one box arrived about a week later than the others. Customer service was not very helpful when trying to figure out what happened.
The blinds are nice - very good value I would say. Everything fit as expected. Instructions for installation aren't the best and it's a little confusing figuring out which blind went where - they could be labeled better.
Since the shipping problem wasn't really their fault, I'd have to say the only issue was the mediocre experience with customer service. Also, the order took a little longer than I expected.

I was contacted by Jonathan after he read my initial review. He was highly apologetic and took ownership of the issue I was having. Jonathan made it right, and I received the corrected blind in a short period of time.
Having purchased from them before, and never having an issue, I will treat this as a one off, they stood behind their guarantee and made it right. You don't get that at the big box chain stores.
They have restored my faith in them, and I will be ordering my blinds from them in the future.
I have bought various styles, and they hold up as well as blinds costing 2 to 3 times more.

I have ordered from Blindsgalore a few times. I chose them based on their guarantee which will allow returns for just about any reason.
My last order however, on Oct 4th, was a different story. I received all of my blinds, and one of them wasn't cut right, it was too wide.

Love the blinds and how easy they are to install. Just had 2 that were a bit too big. Had to force them into the clips. But we figured it out. And doesn't change our love of the blinds. Only real complaint is that we ordered the same color as last time and it was off a bit.
