Bad fit, we sent through our actual measurements as the site suggested as it said they would take off the correct amount for the width so that they would fit in the recess however on arrival the blinds were too short, obviously the reason for this is it asks for the shortest point which we gave and then the recess at the top is bigger so the mechanism doesn't fit in the gap - they should rethink the measuring guidelines and I suggest send out a better kit for attaching the blind including spacers that you can add if necessary.
Add on poor customer service when I have complained, no follow up, ridiculous requests to "prove" it doesn't fit, which I could only do if I videoed my blind and / or was a contortionist. I did take a photo including of the spacers we have added so we can put up our blind but had no response from the company.
I am also wondering how you leave a review on their website as I don't have an option of doing this and all the reviews are 5 star and I don't believe that I am the only person this has happened to - what happens to dissatisfied customer reviews?
I am very disappointed and in the grand scheme of things it is only a blind but it will certainly stop me from ordering from this company again as we redecorate our home.
Absolutely disgraceful service from Blinds2go. Ordered blinds which were supposed to be delivered Monday 26th March at the latest. No sign still today on Thursday. Called and was told the driver "couldn't find my house" today - utter nonsense. We live on a normal road in a house/road that has been there since at least the sixties! No one has EVER had a problem finding our address. Was then told that blind won't be delivered until Tuesday 3rd April due to Good Friday/Easter Monday. Appalled by such poor customer service and certainly won't be using again. Avoid and go elsewhere.
Quoted delivery times perfect. Roller blinds perfect. Measuring and ordering following their instructions very easy, all in all would not hesitate in recommending this company.
Very easy to use website (and I`m not good with technology!). Very quick delivery and products were as described. Very pleased with my velux blinds and conservatory blinds. Just one small issue, the edges of the conservatory roller blinds are not "finished off" therefore they look as though they will fray very quickly. Thank you.

1 or 2 of the blind strands were poorly constructed but as each blind was supplied with 2 spares these were swapped on install. It does however leave me with limited spares should they get damaged.
