Ordered a vertical blind and roller blind. Order arrived promptly. Only fitted vertical blind so far. We didn't find the instructions very user friendly and thought we had a part missing. We telephoned the help line and were put through to an assistant quickly who was very helpful and explained that we didn't have a piece missing and how to progress with the fitting.
Now up, the blind looks lovely. The material is good quality and for the price much better than another well known blind company we used about 10 years ago.

All of the blinds in my house have come from Blinds2go. Not only is the price very competitive especially against some of the ones who advertise and where you cannot get an instant price but have to wait for someone to visit you, but the quality of the blinds is exceptional. When it states blackout, the blind really does prevent sunlight. I also have shutters, slatted blinds and roller blinds throughout the house. Easy negotiable website with many opportunities to check the dimensions; instant price facility and the blinds arrive very quickly. Also, easy to put up. Very happy with this company and thoroughly recommend them

Firstly, the website was brilliant and has an extensive choice, with measuring and installation guides. Samples were received within a day or two of ordering. Once our blind were ordered, Email updates were regular. Blinds were delivered on time and packaged well. Fitting was very straightforward using the online guide and they look fantastic. It has always been difficult to find a quality blind to fit our living room window as the size is not standard so we couldn't be happier with blinds2go We bought 3 blinds of various sizes and all were exact fit and look amazing. We would have no hesitation to highly recommend Blinds2Go!

Have ordered five blinds from blinds2go all look excellent and are great quality and arrived very quickly. Hence you may well say why only 2 stars. Well 1 blind I put up the tilt control did not work, so I had to take it down, It was very difficult to release the head rail from the brackets. I found that the tilt mechanism had not been properly assembled the tilt rod was not located in the tilt cord assembly, easy to put right but should not be dispatched like this.
A shame a great blind spoilt by poor quality control.

The venetian blind I ordered was for the refurbished kitchen of our Holiday Let. It arrived very promptly (we weren't quite ready for it!) and was well packaged. It was easy to put up using the instructions enclosed, and is a perfect fit. The colour is 'Cornish Cream', which matches our new 'Vanilla' cupboards. This is the second time I have used this company (I previously ordered a roller blind) and I would thoroughly recommend them.

I purchased 6 blinds in total in 3 different sizes. There instructions say you put a credit card up against window and put the bracket against that and that is the correct place for the bracket. Nope, on all three sizes this method did not work. Was roughly 20-30mm out each time. All of the 3 sizes the hole to accept the bracket where in a different place. But, once up they are fantastic. I can't fault them and that is the important thing to me. But they need to sort out those holes if you are going to advertise so heavily that they are so easy to put up with this credit card method.
