This blind is superb, love the quality and the design. This really finished the look in my older daughters room and she loved it. Metal chain winding action is a nice feature, looks very expensive. I have purchased all the blinds in my home from this company and will continue to do so in the future. Goods comms throughout.
They ain't cheap, but they are great quality and an absolute breeze to fit. Once you've calmed down from the stress of wondering if you've ordered the right sizes, relax as quality is on its way.
My tip would be watch the measurement and fitting videos, they will make it all much easier. Also, don't be fooled thinking any window is the same size as another, it probably isn't! A few mm can make a lot of difference to ease of fitting and operation.

We ordered some venetian bathroom blinds and got sent the wrong bracket. After contacting them and going through the usual bs and put on hold once answered. Finally we got through to someone (an unpleasant, passive aggressive, poorly trained staff member) who talked repeatedly loud over me but eventually agreed to send the right brackets. They were really complex to fit to the original brackets and impossible to fit to the blinds themselves. We called for a refund and return, they stated that they are NON RETURNABLE! Check the small print of these toxic companies. A good company is happy to accept returns due to knowing they have a good product. Not this one! Be warned!
Ordered 4 roller blinds 2 vertical blinds arrived when stated on time easy to fit look great, problem with one blind phoned company it was replaced immediately without fuss all now up and looking great will use again exceptional value against local company's prices

It's perfect. Good quality brilliant at letting gentle light in and really private too. Totally recommend these blinds. I want more now.
