In November of last year I ordered a novelty knife and lighter for an event for a long time friend. It arrived in very short order and I put it away for the February birthday party without opening it. I was surprised at the get-together when the gift I had so looked forward to giving had a dangling broken igniter upon opening. We all had a good laugh (some of it at my expense) because everyone understood the gist of the gift from past experiences. Next day I contacted Blade HQ and explained why my request for an extended return period was being made. In only one day Zach A. At customer service had another OTF lighter on the way to me as a replacement. I know this was not a really significant issue to me, and I would have accepted it if it were declined, but Zach understood my dilemma and quickly remedied the situation at no further inconvenience to me. Service like that deserves recognition. I have made several orders from Grindworx and have always been highly satisfied with their large selection and great sale prices along with speedy delivery, but this experience has made me a fan as well. I ordered 3 OTF knives. I paid for overnight shipping. I ordered them on a Thursday night and received them on a Tuesday. I felt that was a bit slow and these guys agreed and fully refunded my shipping costs even though I didn't specifically request it. The knives are excellent and I will definitely order from BladeHQ again soon!

The product is outstanding, the fourth one I have purchased. I appreciate the assistance of your customer service agents who responded to my request for 2 invoices as per the requirement of Mexican Customs Authority. The knife is destined to be recieved and used by a master diver who operates off of one of the ships who frequent the Socorro Islands. He has successfully rescued a whale shark which had become entangled in line (which was killing it) with a knife borrowed from one of his customers. The Mariner is by far a better tool for this kind of work and will be attached to his harness permanently. Without the documentation required by customs the delivery of this tool would be unlikely at best. Thanx again.

While using knife adjusting screw backed out and fell on ground, luckily this time I found screw, maybe next not so lucky

After being on the receiving end of a bait and switch the refund for the returned item is now overdue and as usual there has been zero customer support.
Returned one knife ordered another one received free expedited air shipping from FedEx. How do you ask for any more than that great company highly recommend them and a free return label can't beat it top-notch.
