Awesome policies

I ordered a couple of high dollar knifes. They were great quality prices from a leading manufacturer. However they didn't feel right in my hand. I immediately contacted Blade HQ' s customer service department and spoke to Cloey to initiate the returns. She was fabulous, immediately started the return process. BHD has a great returns policy. All of my out the front automatic knives have never had a misfire ejection or retracting
I order a knife weekly and it would take me a lifetime to own every knife. The inventory is the biggest ever.
Shipping is constant and always on time
Customer service actually answers the phone on three rings

Hanna is one of the main reasons I buy all my knifes from grindworx
I collect knifes and have bought about 7 already and will eventually be buying probably 30 knifes

There was a mix-up on my order, however i was able to contact BladeHq that day. Support reached out to me right away, I had to send an item back they provided me with a printable shipping label. All in all very easy company to deal with and that is why they will continue to get my business!

Ridiculous

How do you not have the slightest clue when to expect freight? I work for a company that is constantly ordering product in, and we know exactly when to expect trucks to LEAVE OUR SUPPLIERS WAREHOUSE, not to mention tracking our orders through ecommerce is extremely easy. $#*!ing rediculous that your customer service cant be bothered to help the customers keeping you in business.

Responsive Customer Feedback

I had placed an order for an item but bought the wrong color by mistake. Blade HQ shipping was so fast that it was on its way before I could cancel. Blade HQ customer service was great and I was able to get a return shipping label and refund in quick order. I've had great experiences with knives I've kept as well.
