On their website it says orders placed before 1pm mountain standard time will ship out same business day. I paid $50 for this option and my package was not packaged for shipment same day.

I recently reached out to Blade HQ regarding one of their promotions. At first, my code didn't seem to go through, so I sent a message to check on it. It turned out I had missed the promotion by just a day, but to my surprise, the rep went above and beyond. Instead of turning me away, he honored the promotion and applied it to my order anyway. That, to me, is true customer service. Ordered a knife and just wasnt the right size. Intiated a return for store credit over the phone. Had Melissa, and again, she provided excellent customer service and helped me get the process going. This is the best knife ever the Nitro V mini exo purple and even the quality the material the sharpness the smoothness of the actions of in and out with the blade the customer service and support the time it took the ship was amazing and got here in 3 days or 4 days from the time I ordered it okay it everyday all day even when I'm at the house and I love this knife

Always get damaged knives. Wasn't offered anything for inconvenience or to make the situation right. Now I have to go purchase a mailer or box, and go somewhere to print this label on my own time. I only get one day off a week & have to go get this situated if I want my money back anytime soon. Still have to wait for processing time. Spent money here just to have to wait forever to get it back.

I understand companies don't want to lose products but customer want what they paying for if the package company has to many fail rate you don't use that company... now if my items don't show up in 7 more days after was supposed to Be delivered on the correct date now we face items not being in stock. Its not about a refund I want my items and the right thing to do is send my items and take it out on the shipping company for there mistake...

Blade HQ has some of the most exciting selections, beautiful photos showing you exactly what your getting (not a stock photo) something I can really appreciate. The prices are "Amazingly Fair" many times much lower than the manufacture. One time I returned an item and BHQ were quick to respond and a refunded was issued, absolutely No problem, an easy transaction again "what an Amazing Company"

I made a small mistake on ordering my items and forgot to add my coupon code since I was too excited for the items. Contacted customer service and they were able to cancel my order and told me to repurchase the items again with the code. They didn't require to do a follow up email on my new order, but they did which was nice.
