So basically I got this knife that was on the budget end and it end up being a lot worst then my other knives maybe just since I'm used to the quality of these higher end knives anyway Cloey E was very helpful I wanna give this brother a shoutout he helped me a lot with my rerun awesome attitude and very quick as well
BladeHQ is my go-to place to browse and shop for blades. I bought a bunch of multitools yesterday for gifts but forgot to give myself the free Trapper knife. Jen was so kind to take care of that. 11/10 experience, was very fast at responding and went above and beyond to answer my questions. They gave me step by step instructions on how to add my mil email as well as help me find the information I needed on shipping to APOs.

I had an issue with not receiving my tracking number, but when I called, I had new issues and got the email with it we have no issues and it was very quick

I ordered the Pirhana Predator from Blade HQ, and ended up making a couple of mistakes on my order form. Thus the two phone calls. Both times I spoke with Melissa. I can't overemphasize how helpful and polite she was. And Blade HQ also had my order out the door in less than 24 hour. Great shopping experience. Can't recommend enough! 🌞

There was an error in my recent order with BladeHQ. I emailed in and originally dealt with Melissa G. In Customer Service. The knife I originally ordered was no longer in stock and she gave me several options to help correct the error. Unfortunately, I had to return both knives. Cloey E. Received the knives, was able to issue a quick refund and made the whole process feel seamless. Both of them went above and beyond. It seems almost impossible to find great or even average customer service these days, but not at BladeHQ!

Never had an order take so long and no tracking info provided pics on website are not accurate with items purchased. Now i remember why i dont like to shop on line every knife ive purchased from blade hq has had some sort of minor flaw as if were factory seconds and makes me second guess sale prices

Ordered a Kershaw 7500, with engraving. Upon receipt, the blade wasn't deploying right (to no fault of BHQ). I thought, let me contact Kershaw direct to take care of the issue, since it was engraved, I knew I couldn't return it. I signed up for that. What a rigamarole that was. Kershaw Direct made it basically impossible for me to get my new knife back. After reaching out to Jen N in customer service, she got back to me and expressed empathy in my situation. The customer service experience was impeccable. Truly, no better customer service. She got a replacement knife out to me. ENGRAVED. And took care of me. No silly back and fourth, Just straight up handled it. Was beyond my expectation. They truly gained a forever customer with me. Bad experience turned good. These people know how to take care of people. Which is super important in a world where good customer service no longer exists.

I've been using Blade HQ for awhile but only recently signed up for an account. I was looking for a new OTF and ordered a Kershaw Livewire with the tiger stripe blade. I liked it but I didn't love it. The pocket clip is way too small and the handle is way too hard to get a hold of when it's in a pocket. I sent it back after filling out the RA Info and they issued my refund on receipt of the returned product. The entire team at B HQ starting with the initial order, to my inquiry about whether they sold an alternative pocket clip for the Livewire, and then into the return process... it was all professionally handled. Chad even sent me a website to search out alternative pocket clips at knifekits.com. Cloey gave me an update on the return and was really friendly. B HQ makes the order and return process easy peasy. It's like Zappos for knives!
