I called Blade HQ's service department to check on an order confirming it would be delivered 2nd day air for a gift. I was pleasantly surprised that the delivery was coming a day earlier then expected and I will be able to keep my status as, 'Worlds coolest uncle" with another awesome birthday gift for my nephew. The Blade HQ staff has ALWAYS been extremely friendly and helpful. That's why I ALWAYS enjoy purchasing my knifes from Blade HQ!

I bought the wrong type of sharpening stone (which was extra extra fine grit) and wanted to see if i can exchange it for a coarse stone. Even though they said they cant exchange items after purchase they fave me store credit to get what i needed. Very very appreciated and I'm shocked they did something like that for a customer. I was weirded out this morning. Insomnia from business stuff, and no clue where my recent purchase was floating around in the aether. Took a quick break from work and called Blade's custy service because I never received a tracking number. Melissa picked up and in perfect Southern Belle fashion nailed the issue. I'd never ordered a knife online before, so buying from BHQ was a bit of a stab in the dark. I ended up getting the Microtech model I wanted at a better price than anywhere else. The order process was quick, smooth, and right on time. Unfortunately, I'm pushing 80, and while I loved the OTF knife, my arthritis made it hard to consistently activate the blade. I reluctantly returned it to BHQ, and they handled the refund quickly and without any hassle. In the meantime, they sent me an email with a half-off deal on a Gerber I'd been eyeing. I ordered it, received it promptly, and it's perfect - easy to operate and exactly what I needed. I highly recommend BHQ for your knife needs and will definitely be buying from them again.

Thank you for making sure my order was sent USPS, with USPS I usually get my package in 3 to 4 days. Fed Ex takes anywhere from 2 to 3 weeks to arrive..

In my dealings with Blade HQ I have found them to be friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful.
No long hold times, customer support all speak English as their FIRST language, which is always nice, and they do what they say without having to be chased with follow up emails or phone calls.
In all a very pleasant experience, I had forgotten what customer service really meant, thanks BHQ for reminding me
