I can't emphasize enough the great customer service I've received with this company. I had an issue (my fault) and they followed up immediately asking if I placed the duplicate order by accident and if so, they would delete it. (I loved the item so much, I bought two of them in a short period of time) that's why they reached out to me to confirm my order. Joshua and Harry are the best customer service reps I have ever dealt with, great asset to the company! Very thorough and on top of their game.

I bought a comforter set which I had to return due to it not matching my color scheme. Laura in customer service was efficient, helpful, prompt, and attentive. She is the reason for this complimentary review. I hope her supervisors recognize her for her exemplary efforts. She's a gem.

I received an order MONTHS after I placed my order for a new desk, bookshelf, and cabinet, and it arrived damaged. But, this wasn't damaged by the shipping company, it was damaged before the pallet was packaged. Then, you are required to jump through hoop after hoop by the customer service people, and told that it MAY be replaced if they deem the damage was done by them. I was asked to keep the damaged items on-hand in case they needed further inspection. This desktop literally had a chunk missing, as if I have infinite space to store this poorly made furniture around my home... The replacement has still not arrived. It would have been cheaper, faster, and less trouble to just go with IKEA stuff.

I bought counter stools from Bison Office. They were delivered quickly and the product was great. I did have a question about one of the chairs that was delivered and the customer service was EXCELLENT! Highly recommend!

I ordered a lamp for my wife and I searched the internet for the specific lamp I was looking for and Bison Office had it in stock and ready -- plus it was at the lowest price I could find. The lamp arrived in 2-3 days as expected, however one of the screws in the lamp was damaged (presumably during the manufacturing process as the box was undamaged. I reached out to the Customer Service line and provided them a photo of the damaged items and they mailed me a replacement right away without any hassle at all. Far more than I expected from the best price on the internet. I'd do business with them again!

I ordered a kitchen island for my pantry from this company. Their communication was excellent throughout, and the product arrived in the timeframe they originally indicated. The box had been damaged in shipping, and there was a small scar in the wood where the box had been torn off. I gave them this information and they replied immediately to resolve the problem. I would recommend this company to anyone wanting excellent customer service!

I ordered a loft full size bed in the color Espresso for my child. She feel in love with it and so did we so we decided to invest and get it for her. The first one we got had the dresser show up damaged. We were bummed but totally understand that these things happen and reached out to Customer Service. Right away I heard back from a Customer Service Rep called Joshua. He was helpful, courteous and assisted the whole way through. I never doubted things would be taken care of. He immediately put things in motion and was even apologetic about the whole thing. He was a real class act! About 2 or 3 weeks later we got our replacement in mint condition. The item is absolutely worth the price. I recommend Bison Office for furniture, they have quality pieces that are stunning!

We bought several items from BisonOffice for our new home. The quality was wonderful but the customer service was outstanding! One of our chairs arrived damaged and so I reached out for assistance. I was connected with a customer service representative named Simona. She was so thoughtful, responsive and helpful. She immediately followed up and offered several solutions to my problem. Simona then continued to keep us posted on the status until the new piece was delivered and we were satisfied.
