Bill.com is the worst they're incompetent. They don't do what they say they don't know what they're doing don't use them they'll lose your money or I will take forever for you to get it

This company doesn't respect you as a human. They take you for granted and have no courtesy to apologize for their mistakes and fix them. I have been doing business with them for about 6 months. I had to reset my password last month and had got locked out of my account. I tried to reset my password multiple times but I wouldn't get an email with the link to reset my password. I had my money in there and I was not able to talk to anyone to resolve this issue. The only way to communicate with them is through the chat Bot online and the person on the other side has no idea how their own website works. After escalating the issue for 5 days I get a call from a person and they told me there is a technical issue at their end. After 10 days of back and forth emails the customer service agent called be and told that they will release the money while still trying to fix the account log in. It has been 6 days since I was told that and have not received the payment into my account. Today I received an email saying that the payment was deposited into my account which is not true. It has been 17 days since I got locked out of my account and I have been treated very bad by this company. I am not confident that I will receive the payment from this company.

AWFUL

""AWFUL" in all-caps, 72 font, bold & underlined AWFUL! I'm honestly not even sure if there is one human being even associated with this company … This is probably the 10th (at most) review I've ever submitted on a company. Most of those have been positive, as I am a positive, half-glass-full, give-people-the-benefit-of-the-doubt kind of a guy. A time or two, I've submitted a review of a company that would fall under the 'constructive criticism' category. But with this sham out, I mean avoid them AT ALL COST. I concur with every other poster on this forum, and will gladly join your class-action suit. And spread the word on these guys. They are, at best, a joke. At worst, this is some kind of fraud or scam … Their app is convoluted and confusing. Their "ETA for your $ arrival" means nothing. I clicked on CLONE on my invoice to my customer (because a month had passed and I didn't have my $). When I marked CLONE (whatever that means; I assumed it meant DUPLICATE), it then showed my invoice as PAID! …. How in the world can their system even allow you to show an invoice as paid when surely, their system can see that no funds have transferred from them to you. And them having the audacity to have NO HUMAN BEINGS you can access for customer support?!?! Guys, spread the word. And shame this company out of existence. That will make the world a better place … PS: Over a month now and still, my funds haven't arrived. I assume they never will. I got scammed by this company for $2,600.

These guys may be good for companies payin invoices but they are horrible for the people getting paid. My receivables have a one week settlement unless I agree to pay them a 1.0% fee for earlier payment. It's my money, not theirs. It's something close to stealing for them to use the float of money that goes through their system in this way

Horrible company

This service is horrible. I still Haven't gotten my money over a month of it saying "paid" & money received a month ago and this company I cant even call. How are you a service dealing with billing and people but don't have a phone support? This is embarrassing. They are trying to steal my money. The email system is the worst with the lazy staff that take forever to respond then submit the case as "solved" so they don't got to deal with it. The staff is an embarrassment and laughing stock of employees.

Bad for payment

Got invite by CA rent relief, set up my account and it was canceled and disabled, I don't know why that is. They canceled an account that has never received any payment, they are terrible

This has to be one of the most un-intuitive and archaic platforms I have ever dealt with. I have had numerous issues with setting up the Canadian bank accounts and getting paid in US dollars. In addition to that the customer service was not helpful whatsoever.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Absolute cowboys.

Don't get talked into using this service by a client, especially if you are outside of the U.S.

The way that bill.com handles payments to foreign vendors is a travesty: you can provide your bank account details to a client, if they send you an invite, HOWEVER this doesn't create an account, so effectively you have no control over invoicing and are operating blind.

The only communication you will receive, when you are sent money is an automated email, without any further information, reference number or the "invoice" the payment is based on.

If you try to log in to bill.com from outside the U.S. it won't let you in because you don't have a U.S. bank account/routing number, U.S. Tax number etc.

This is completely incompatible with GDPR, which by default bill.com has to adhere to, if they process information of people in the E.U. This business holds information about you and transactions in your name, but won't let you access it.

Bill.com's "support" goes in circles avoiding to answer questions and keep sending links that require access to an account, knowing perfectly well you won't be able to access them because you are not a resident in the States.

The whole application is designed in such a way you will get caught in a newer-ending loop, dealing with idiotic support through emails.
The fact they don't have phone support is telling - their support people have no idea what they are doing.

On top of that - an international transfer that would normally take 2 days, tops (or even shorter than that, using other modern payment platforms) took a week, with this parody of a service.

These people sit on your money, collecting interest, while you wait for your hard earned cash.

If you have problems with this service I suggest you either report it through U.S. FTC's scam report website or even FBIs scam report page (easy to find if you google them).

If you are concerned about how they process your personal details and are in the E.U., report it to either your local Data Protection Authority or European Data Protection Supervisory Authority.

This business deserves to be heavily fined and removed from the market.

Total scam site used to collect bank account info. Not legit, and really not safe at all. Instead us your bank's online billpay to pay vendors. That's always safe because you don't expose your account or routing number to customers.

The quality of support through this billing service is extremely poor considering the funds they are dispersing or fail to disperse for California Rent relief program. Shortly after making an account once finally invited I had my account disabled after finally getting the verification code to login which was glitching horribly, I would answer the phone to listen to the code and it would say 2 numbers then hang up. (This continued to happen for over an hour of attempts.) and told they disabled my account and wouldn't be offering me any service through their company. This is horrible news for 2 of my tenants who have children but now face eviction.

Do not use

Multiple errors that take an extraordinarily long time to fix. I will never work for any client that uses bill.com again! I asked them to remove all of my information from their site and it appears now that they have only "deactivated" my account. I'm not sure what all that involves but I will be watching very carefully to make sure that they don't cause any more problems for me or my bank account. I wish I had never encountered this inept company!

People very difficult to get through. I I was asked to pay my bill using this app. After they took all my informations and I loaded day app.
At the end there is no option to pay and they make me to share their app. So much of my time and didn't help me to pay my client.
Bill. Com is suck! I Do not recommend it

WORST COMPANY EVER
October 7, 2021

I recently had to open up a bill.com subscription so I could get paid from the state that I was awarded through a rent relief program to keep people in their homes and for me to make my mortgage payment due to Covid- 19 for some reason as the payment came through it became voided spoke to support they stated that it was on my customers and spoke to my customer they stated process payment it's on bill.com end through further investigation bill.com customer service representative stated that bill.com voided it for some reason as I press the issue bill.com now wants me to verify all sorts of information and everything I have is suspended till further verification this started September 4 and now with still no results it is October 7 they're trying to strong arm me and I guess teach me a lesson. This company truly doesn't care if you have to pay bills or if you're getting kicked out or whatever the case might be as long as they're funds

I don't understand how Company can deal with peoples money and not have phone support it seems to me that they get a lot of complaints and that's why they don't do phone support I recently had to open up a bill.com app one of my customers sent over my payment and at the last minute it was voided for some reason so when I contacted them they were giving me the runaround which forced me to start being kind of aggressive and now they're asking me for all sorts of documentation I sent him the documentation and they're asking me for additional documentation trying to make me jump through hoops I will never go through this company again

I was buying drinks online from a liquor store in Bondi and they asked for my details online to create my account for JImmy Brings. They are definitely scammers, so I have reported to the bank and will call police tomorrow.

FOR A GOV BASED FUNDING ORGANIZATION, IT SEEMS KIND OF NEFARIOUS TO USE SUCH AN AWFUL CO WITH AWFUL CUSTOMER SUPPORT, IN FACT THERE ISNT ANY SUPPORT... NO NUMBER NO CHAT!
