Broke a pair of mtb shoes, they say to return them for inspection. After 2 months they accept my warranty claim saying they have refunded but I never recieved any refund on my paypal account. They say to call paypal for a solution. Never had any problem with paypal, refunds have been always instantly accounted! I think they try to put obstacles on the refund process and hoping I will renounce the refund request, so they can get for themself the money refund from the product companies

I bought an expensive lightweight bottlecage. Got a message from the supposed shipper 'parcel created'. Then NOTHING. Waiting for more then three weeks now. Contacted them in a chat. A virtually english speeking spaniard answered me (google translate) in very funny english: we will contact the shipper to see what went wrong. Nothing happens. I'm afraid I've lost my 80 euros. DO NOT THRUST BIKINN.
Do not buy from these people, if the item does not ship as customs will not let it in they will not refund unless pestered for weeks. I have still received my refund for a GPS unit that has not left the country.
7 days to get to overseas transport facility, now waiting 24 days since order and told can take up to 3 weeks on overseas transport, I think it's on a slow boat from China.

Based on my own experience bikeinn is a legit company if you don't mind waiting, bought 3 items already. Had to wait 3 weeks couple of times for my items. Will buy again!
I was once raped, but that guy had the courtesy of using lube before he $#*!ed me hard! This place didn't even extend me that much …they went in totally dry, and i had to pay them for the pleasure. Non existent " despite being there since 1945, and my order was returned. I have had fairly good luck with ordering things online …but my luck finally ran out. I sincerly hope they enjoy that $100 …. Amd I will make sure to tell everyone I know not to even consider this sham outfit. I only gave a 1 star review because I couldn't give less.
Estimated shipping times are BS. I ordered a new rear tire for a race and it won't be delivered in time. It's already been twice as long as they said it would take and it has still not been delivered. Great prices only help if they actually deliver what you ordered. I'll shop elsewhere next time.

Bit of a trip from that side of the world but Australian doesn't have a lot of SRAM components at the moment. Received my parcel 3 day before the approximate 20 days it normally takes - Which is still better than waiting for the local supplies to get stuff.
This is the second time I've ordered from Bikeinn & both times have been very good experiences.
I was rather apprehensive to order from Bikeinn.com when I realized I was ordering from Spain. I currently live in the US (Iowa) and I decided to give it a go as I was given an estimated delivery date not too far out past items shipping within the US. This was my first time ordering from Bikeinn.com and overall it did work out. I placed the order on July 19th and here we are on August 6th and my item delivered in perfect condition. I have not used it yet but I saved over $200 by not purchasing from the US.
Along the journey I did reach out to customer service as I had questions and they did respond to me each time. The responses were at times vague but I always got an answer within 24 hours. I have one other order that I placed three days prior to this one and it has still not passed customs in the US yet. For some reason my first purchase sat at a hub in the Netherlands for about 10 days while this one passed right through and delivered first. Original estimated delivery date was slightly sooner than this but overall I am satisfied. The one piece I was unsure about was with it being shipped to me via USPS, I did not know if I was going to be charged customs import / duty fees and such and gladly I was not charged anything additionally.
I will definitely purchase from these guys again but since we have such a limited time to bike in good weather in the midwest (US) I will wait to order from them until winter or springwhen I am ok waiting on parts for half of a month.
More than a month from EU to Australia when Wiggle/Chain Reaction is two weeks tops and consistent even post covid. They said by 26 July which is 3 weeks, now its 16 Aug. No more excuses Bikinn!
So here is my update: The ordered power meter arrived after all and is workign fine.
I leave what I have written before in place below. I now feel embarrased about what I wrote.The shipping however takes forever, in this case over 4 weeks and at each stage the item appears to be stuck for weeks without moving. I don't know why that is and it really freaked me out because I have ordered from UK retailers before without any issues. I don't know why ordering from a Spanish company turned out to be so different
Ordered a power meter. It's supposedly stuck in amsterdam awaiting shipment to Australia. It's been like this for a week now. I contacted support but no response. It's now looking more like a fraud. Not expecting my order to arrive nor my money back.
I should have read the reviews before ordering which I normally do before ordering from a retailer for the first time. Lesson learned.! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS RETAILER!
Ordered from Bike inn, checked 4 weeks later on my order they said it was on its way and to track it, I went on to track the order and it wasn't even dispatched.
Contact them again and they only just sent the order out.
Crap company stay clear
Bikeinn Order ******* placed 24 March 22 (now 2 July). The last 3+ months have had multiple emails (mostly bot or template responses), punctuated by odd requests to fill out a form (where bikeinn had all the details anyway) and stating they were following up before I could get refund, when I have not asked for refund: rather I was wanting delivery. Unfortunately I saw all the poor reviews of bikeinn/tradeinn after ordering. Perhaps with this review there will be some action?
This is definitely not a site for folks in North America. The items are shipped from EU. You will get nailed with import duties. The claim that delivery times are 2-3 days it totally BS. Everything comes from the EU. I waited over a month only to get hit with a 25% import tax. Customer service was a joke. They basically said "too bad".
I bought a front baby seat for my bike, even though it said to arrive with different brackets to accommodate different size bars, it totally didn't fit my (very standard!) bike. When I tried to resolve the problem with them I was stuffed around like crazy. Different people emailing me, talking in circles, from 'give us 3 days to get back to you' to 'we need photos' (which I sent them multiple times!), to ' woops, the time for a refund or return has expired'.
I honestly spent houuurs trying to communicate with them, but to no avail. I am left with a useless bike seat that cost me $170 (because delivery was almost as much as the actual price, nearly doubling the cost!). Can't even sell it because doesn't fit a standard bike. Total and absolute rip off! And no way to communicate with them. DO NOT BUY!
I ordered and paid for handmade tubulars and received clinchers after mare than two weeks. Explanation from the customer support is that tubular means the same as clincher. Worst experience and explanation ever seen.
I purchased some SRAM gear for my bike, being international and in covid times I expected delays in shipping which is outside of BikeInns control. Tracking was great and their website was really easy to monitor shipping progress. Would definitely purchase from them again.

The company charged me £26 for next day delivery and said "satisfaction 100% guaranteed" then as soon as I paid the courier said it will take 5 days. No refund, just ignored. FRAUD!
Answer: You are sent a product in the post, might not be the item ordered or it might be faulty but you will get something eventually. Just don't try to return it.
Answer: Scam beyond belief! Felt more like anal rape than a proper bike store transaction.
