I ordered two Michelin Power Cup 700x25 tires. The tires were delivered in a timely fashion.
The packaging of the tires seemed odd in that they were simply in a plastic bag. No manufacturer info at all. But the tires are fine, just odd packaging.
There must be a reason for this, but I have no idea.

Been more than 50 days waiting on my order to arrive. BikeINN customer service is horrible and continues to refuse to refund my credit card. Please read all the 1 star reviews on Google to see that my experience is common with this company. They now have replied to my other reviews saying they want to make it right but then just gave me the same excuses. Buyer beware - shop elsewhere or expect to be ripped off.
The have taken my money but I never received the package.

I came across Bikeinn as their product was way cheaper than other retailers. I purchased premium bib shorts, £94 other sites £139. Stated when purchased that would arrive 15th April this was fine as needed them for bike packing on 24th. They didn't arrive till 1st May.
I wore them approx 6 times and the pad folded in half in the bibs shorts after a wash, so could not wear them. Went through a lengthy process to log a faulty return, took about a month, eventually returned the bibs over 6 weeks ago and still haven't had the faulty product replaced or a refund. I'd never order from this company again, would rather pay more, and have a better service. They also have a system of emailing and you have to then log into a special returns portal on line to read their reply and reply, complicated system.
Poor costumer service, they don't take responsability for their mistakes, bad returen policy. I woul rather pay litle bit more for batter service.
My order arrived sealed in the shipment package, upon opening no product was inside other than an empty manufacturers package. Contacted them immediately and included pictures, the response was basically for me to send pictures of the unopened shipment package. Explained to them that I did not take any pictures since it was an undamaged shipment. I requested that they send me a picture of the product inside prior to leaving the facility which they could not produce. Didn't receive any refund or proper response.
The delivery took over 2 weeks to arrive. The product didn't fit my bike. To return, Bikeinn wanted "postage" that was more than the product itself. They should refrain from selling to USA and having returns back to Spain. I should have read the reviews - 85% receive 1 star our to 247 reviews. That says something serious about this companies business practice. I do not recommend buying anything from this company.
I received my product broken. They ship world wide however if you have any issue with your product - IE its broken - they will not pay for the RETURN - which will cost you over $78
This insures that they are not accountable for what they sell and take on virtually no responsibility for customer service.
Wanted to buy two 26" Road Tires but no PSI rating was shown on the website. I then submitted a question about the pressure rating and after more than 24 hours had no response.
The pressure rating of a tire is BASIC information that ANY rider concerned about performance would want to know. I don't understand why Bikeinn would try to sell a tire without that information.
Fortunately I found the same tires on Amazon with the complete information and so ordered from them.
Awful delivery service. Changed delivery day twice and now it shows only in transit with no date. 2 weeks past and no item.
I ordered a frame that cost 3000 euros. On the bikeinn website there were different sizes than on the manufacturer's website. Bikeinn could not explain which size would be appropriate. For a week the status of the order did not change, so I wrote to bikeinn support. They replied that they did not know when the frame would be. I asked bikeinn to ask the frame seller if this frame is available. I got the answer that nothing is known, I can wait as long as I want or cancel the order. Never again bikeinn.
I wish I have not ordered anything from this store, my story begins with a bike saddle and choosing Australia Post delivery option ($32) that was a promise to deliver my order within a maximum of 10 business days. Today it's 20 business days and the shipment has not arrived, the tracking information shows it is still in transit and hasn't arrived to SYDNEY airport.
The customer service team is helpless and doesn't provide any kind of support, I wish I haven't ordered from this store and I don't know what to do.

Unfortunately, delivery dates presented together with the products are not trustworthy, in my case it was 4 days later than initial estimated date of delivery. After escalation I've got information that I'm responsible to take in to consideration all possible problems with delivery on the way, because it can significantly extend time needed to deliver it to me. Finally the customer support just let me know that they don't guarantee the dates, without any words like 'sorry for the situation' ect.
Ordered tyres that I could not find anywhere else. Price was extremely good. Tyres were shipped and arrived in New Zealand in good time. Very happy with the tyres, exactly what was ordered and arrived in good time.
I ordered a package (and paid it too) on 26th february, but i don't get the package. I have contacted customer service and they only answer me with tamplate answers. Nothing happend. Terrible costumer service!

The item I ordered was never received. When I contacted them first time, they gave me postal tracking identifier, after month of not receiving the item, I contacted them again, this time they said that I contacted them too late, and I missed the 120 days window in which I could complain.
It's a scam. The product was never delivered, and the money I paid was never returned to me. I'm filing a fraud claim against them.
I ordered a watch, and it took over 4 months for me to not only NOT receive my product, but to finally get my money refunded - without any kind of apology. I sent 10 emails and requests to get updates, information and progress with my order, with extremely dissatisfying replies each time.
My watch was lost in transit, I get it, it happens. But the customer service I received with the tracking and refund process was terrible. I will never buy from here again, I don't care how much cheaper the product was.
First of all you are forced to sign into your account to order and cannot proceed as a guest like any other online store. The chat bot to enquire about your order answers in french even when the site is in English and no one answers your emails.

Answer: You are sent a product in the post, might not be the item ordered or it might be faulty but you will get something eventually. Just don't try to return it.
Answer: Scam beyond belief! Felt more like anal rape than a proper bike store transaction.
Answer: Only got an email response. Multiple customer service reps that all had a different story with broken promises.
