Great company

I found the bike part on line at a great price... even converted to my currency.
I opted for dhl delivery and the part was in my hand in 5 business days shipped from Europe.
Suggest you use postal service if you arent in a hurry ( dhl has to charge the duties crossing borders)
I eould definitly use them again

Poor delivery tracking

I'm prepared to give Bikeinn more stars... if I ever get the grips I ordered on May 4. It's now been over 3 weeks and they haven't arrived. I realize the parts were shipped from Spain, but the last entry in the tracking app was on May 17... "The consignment has arrived in the country of destination." I'm skeptical that the US Postal Service needs 11 days to get the package to me.
Sadly, after further investigation of Bikeinn, I see their "5-star" rating is about 4%.
I'll revise my review if I receive the parts by June 4.

About me: 72-year-old male endodontist and amateur bike mechanic. I build my own wheels, and have commuted to work by bike for 20 years, year-'round, in Chicago.

BUYER BEWARE, absolutely do not buy from them. I never received the item. Was told many times to wait on customs. Only to now be told I am outside the window and "nothing" they can do. Ridiculous. No item and no refund. BUYER BEWARE! I would post a pic, but I RECEIVED NOTHING.

Do not buy!

Do not order from Bikinn/Tradeinn/whatever the hell this god awful company is called. I ordered pannier bags with a flower pattern and they sent me bags with a black and white heart pattern instead. They offered me a pittance of a refund ($7 USD). My other alternative was to pay twice that in international shipping to send the bags back for a full refund. This was THEIR mistake, but they think they're entitled to more of my money to fix it? Horrible customer service. You can't get in touch with an actual person, which I'm sure is by design. Will never order from these CROOKS again!

Be very careful of BikeInn

I ordered a helmet and some other items a month ago, but the helmet kept being delayed. They refused to deliver the other items first and insisted they have to deliver the complete order.

They cannot confirm when they can deliver the helmet, and provided me with, 2 options (1) keep waiting (2) delete the helmet from the order. I asked how much they will refund me (considering delivery and discount that I was entitled to for this order). I told them I needed to know the refund amount to make this decision because of bundled shipping savings for the remaining items in the order. They kept refusing to coorperate and kept insisting I have to delete the item first. After much discussion they finally gave me an estimated refund amount. With that estimate I agreed to the deletion. After deletion, they then confirmed the refund amount which is far lesser than the estimate they gave me. I wrote back to explain the issue, and no more response.
With this deletion and their refund, I now ended up paying far more for the other items in my order, that I would have if I bought the remaining items today without the helmet. With their refund amount, they have effectively removed the discount on this order that I was entitled to.
Their approach is poor and not sincere. (1) the advertised date is not accurate, (2) they communicate delay on the day when the item was to be shipped which causes lengthy delays,(3) they cannot confirm delivery and refuses to take responsibility for or be committed to the order and money that they have taken (4) they provided options that do not help ie either keep waiting endlessly or to cancel for a refund which they refused to disclose or to be transparent, (5) after cancellation of the item they provided me with a refund that robbed me of the discount they promised in this order (6) and they did all these by taking my money in advance and made me wait aimlessly for the items that I bought...
This is my first purchase from BikeInn, and I have been cheated. Please be careful when dealing with these guys.

They cheat

Ordered a men's medium jacket. The website was in us $ with no sizing sheet. When it arrived (very late) it was a small. Tried to return it. Customer service kept on asking for information I already provided. Finally they said a men's us small is a European medium and they wouldn't provide a prepaid return label. Called my credit card company and began a dispute.

Ordering a Giro helmet padding replacement I selected from their product pictures the exact type I needed (first picture = screenshot). I received a generic, simplified version of a helmet padding instead (second picture which also includes the original Giro part to repalce). When contacting Bikeinn, I was told that their product pictures are 'just the kind of product' they sell, and that my order was correct. They asked me to return the padding by DHL (shipping costs more than product price) if I wanted a refund. Stay away from these scam artists. Seller without any regards for clients

There site started to hit my CC before my transaction was complete. I assume this was not intentional but it does show that they are not making customer data security a priority. Do not enter you CC information in. They will mishandle it. This also casts into question how they are handling the rest of my private data.

I received a fraud alert call from my bank and had to cancel the CC. Not impressed by this.

Received this product damaged in the mail 10 days after ordering from BikeInn (TradeInn) website, as suggested by the site. Understand it comes from Spain, so delivery time was fine if the product was useable. The outer box had a hole and slightly out of shape, and upon opening could easily see the visor was cracked. I had a race event in 5 days, so typed my concern to this company within 20 minutes of picking up from postal office. I provided photos of the damage. Waited 4 days for a response that said "return department will look into it". Sent several more emails, photos, videos, but had no choice but to use the helmet for the event with broken visor. This helmet is sold out elsewhere, and no comments from BikeInn as to what process I should follow.

I then received (1-2 weeks later) emails suggesting I contact their courier company and take issue with them! And then after I fought against that, they suggest I pay to return the unused product to Spain! Or accept $60 (a third of the cost of these visors on other sites). Then after arguing that these options just don't work and I require a replacement visor only (product has been used) or compensation for the visor so can purchase elsewhere, we are now 4 weeks after receipt of broken helmet with no resolution... waiting for another reply from Spain Support personnel. I have sent screenshots of other companies selling the visors (as Bike Inn refuse to confirm they have any in stock or that they can send a replacement, but rather ask for a return of the product before they address the issue!). I suspect customer service is random and nobody looks at the issue at hand... there is a reason they don't have contact phone numbers or support chat within their company... read so many bad reviews since purchasing with this company, WARNING WARNING WARNING! Don't buy!

I've ordered a new visor (to ensure I have it for next race event, from another company for $185 including delivery. I await further discussions with BIKEINN and looks like will need to contact other parties to try and help get a fair outcome from BikeInn!

Terrible

Nearly two months now and still not received my order or a refund. It's clearly lost in the post (if it was even sent at all!) and they refuse to give a refund or send a new one. It's outrageous. They just keep saying to wait for updates. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Ordered about 8 items, waited and waited and waited. When I contacted them a week after the delivery was due, they simply cancelled the order... I then get a ridiculious answer that the computer cancelled it, not them, and that the items were not in stock. I asked why didn't you tell me? They told me to check my spam folder... which was nonsence... there was no emails, contact. Nothing... They then advised I order again... they got a swift negative responce, I am still waiting for my money back, nearly 4 weeks after we placed the order... and they wanted me to pay more money up front to order again... AVOID THIS COMPAY

I'd give zero stars if it were possible. BikeInn are just absolute liars. They are a cheap dropshipper that does not carry stock, despite what their website says. I placed an order for an "In Stock" item with 3 weeks delivery. After placing the order they quietly changed the delivery from 21 Feb to 9 Jul. No email or notification whatsoever. When I asked why they stated that their supplier SRAM have changed their delivery date - a clear admission that they were not carrying the stock at all. If that was not bad enough, I then had to endure the typical (and meaningless) templated customer service responses that ignore the questions raised and indicate that they have no intention of taking responsibility for the issue. Just another dishonest dropshipper wasting peoples time. The sooner the equipment suppliers drop this company the better the cycling world will be.

Puedo enviar muchos emails pidiendo in invoice y no lo mandan, lo q hace q no se pueda devolver el producto. Ten cuidado si quieres comprar algo. Parece q no hacen facturas.
I can send many emails asking for an invoice and they do not send it, which makes it impossible to return the product. Be careful if you want to buy something. They don't seem to make invoices.

Be careful with BikeInn

Slow delivery but that's the least of the problems. I returned the unused item as it did not fit. I paid €9.99 for the return label from BikeInn website. It was collected and I have confirmation that it has been returned but BikeInn are making up excuses to not refund my payment of €100.98. First they said I had not sent it, I sent them screenshots proving that I had sent it and that it has been delivered. I've also sent pictures of the parcel with the prepaid postage label. I have also ordered the same item in a larger size and this has not been delivered. So I am out of pocket by over €200. I have lodged a dispute with Paypal and will do what is necessary to recover my money from BikeInn.

Probably the worst experience that I have had with company. Many broken promises on when I would get my order. After 4 months I submitted a claim to my credit card company. 5 months later from placing my order I got my money back. Stay away from this company. Find your product from another company which I did.

Highly unrecomended

Disgusting store. I make order at bikeinn for ~ $ 50 with delivery. On the same day, while I was sleeping, my order was somehow incomprehensibly canceled without explanation. The cancellation letter states that order # ******* was canceled "at my request", although I did not. When trying to solve a problem through technical support, there is no answer for two days after the request, but the status of the request was changed to "resolved". Money was not returned.
