Bikeinn Com video of product NOT FOR THE PRODUCT SHIPPED...
We clicked on an item at www.bikeinn.com and it directed us to a fully detailed video of what appeared to be the product we would receive. Unfortunately bikeinn Com sent a much lower rated product, a low end of the family of bike transport bag. After complaining to their Customer Service, they advised that all their products link up to a video that is not directly representing the product clicked on. This is very deceiving as well as not appreciated as bikeinn.com will accept the return only if we ship it back at our own cost. I will be writing back to them to escalate my complaint.
Very deceiving.

Service Worse than Bad!

I ordered a Garmin Varia RTL 510, which then didn't work properly. The time it takes to return something is completely unacceptable! From pick up to opening the return took them one month. It took two weeks to get there. I then got an email dated 13 September..."Dear customer, Exactly. Today we are processing the parcels which arrived on Sept. 7th 2018. So in a few days your parcel will be opened, processed and the refund done." They then tried to replace the item instead of giving me a refund... I eventually got the refund...

If you want to speak to someone, the phone is maybe answered 1 in 10 times. Their web site doesn't work with Safari, and even with Google where they say it should work but doesn't.

Stay well away... long wait for the original delivery and if you have to return it... a very very long wait.

Terrible after-sales service & poor communication.
Bought a pair of Shimano Di2 shifters which after being bled multiple times by three different shops were returned to Bikeinn for a warranty claim.
The claim started on the 24th of August and is still ongoing.
Whenever I ask for an update I get a standard looking reply, I've tried to complain but this falls on deaf ears.

My advice is to avoid buying from these guys...

Totally unreliable

Ordered a bike saddle. BikeInn said the saddle was delivered. The Track&Trace site kept saying "package is expected". When I asked BikeInn for an explanation, they would start an investigation. After some time I contacted the postage company, they said BikeInn never contacted them. After I started a claim with Paypal, I suddenly received an email, mentioning that the package could not be delivered due to a wrong address. Nonsense, the address was correct. BikeInn just never sent anything. In the end I got my money back via Paypal. Never order at BikeInn, they cannot be trusted.

Placed an order 6-29-18 and according to the very unprofessional, lethargic customer service the parcel was shipped but cannot be located. They claim to have started an investigation and 3 weeks later they have not resolved it. When I ask to speak to the person in charge, the answer is always, not available. When I ask for a call back by the person in charge, there's never call back. The service is the worst I've ever experienced. I have yet to receive the merchandize, very disappointed, and no longer plan to do business with this outfit.
As of 8/27/18, this issue has not been resolved and this company refuses to issue a refund.

It's a scam

This company is a scam.
My order never arrived and the Customer Services only gives standard answers: on the way/ at your post office.
Through another tracking company, I found out that my order had been sent to another country and re-directed, never to be heard of again. From then on there's no more follow up or any action from them.
Don't expect any refund. Stay away from them.

I ordered and paid for some cycling gloves over 2 weeks ago and as yet have not received my order. Made contact by phone to query where my order was [tracking site useless unless you speak Spanish] and was informed item had been delivered last Thursday, 22nd. March. I told the operator that no such delivery had been received and it could not have been made as both my husband and I are retired, so at home most of the day and neither had any card been left that a courier had called. I am now told that I have to wait 12-15 days for them to sort the matter and when I asked who I could complain to they could not really give me any advise as to who I should direct my e-mail. When I pointed out to the operator he was not being very helpful, he pulled the plug on me!! Do not use this firm and I wish I had visited this site before ordering.

They took almost 2 weeks to ship the parcel, and the parcel hasn't been received after another 2 weeks. Tomorrow will be one month since I placed the order and paid for the products. I was told that it could take "15 working days" for the parcel to reach my country after it was dispatched from Amsterdam, and up to 60 days to clear customs. I've never had any such problem with Wiggle, but they were out of stock for these items... DON'T TRUST BIKEINN.

Wrong product shipped

I received the wrong product and I am stock with it. Useless customer service! The worst online shopping experience I had so far. I just gave up on trying to return it because it seems impossible.

They do have some of the best prices around, but dealing them is absolutely not worth it.

Shipping to Canada took a month (I rarely have packages from competitor bike shops in UK and US take longer than 2 days).

Once I received the order (a 9-speed cassette) it was missing 2 of the 9 cogs, not to mention the lockring (but I dont really mind reusing my old one). I contacted customer service expecting them to apologize and send the missing parts.

All they said was (paraphrasing): We dont do exchanges. If youre not happy, you can return the item. But youll be responsible for return fees (whatever that means) and delivery costs. So Im either stuck with half a cassette, or I can pay more money and have no cassette at all. Great.

So if you have money burning a hole in your pocket, and are tired of getting products in a timely fashion in return for your hard earned cash, then sure, by all means shop at BikeInn.

So placed and order and 4 weeks later it turns up with half the order missing. Tried to contact them tried to chat online with them and nothing. They did send a couple of other small items, (maybe they thought these would makeup for not supplying all the order) or maybe these are instead of what i ordered. Either way stay away, O by the way it was cheap and i suppose you get what you pay for.
