Order $300 part in March 2020, and still have not received it in May. Dispute charge with credit card company / PayPal if your item does not come right away, cause chances are they are not planning on sending you squat. TOTAL SCAM WEBSITE!

I ordered $111.75 worth of Shimano brake pads that never arrived at my Denver area home. The US Postal service says the pads were delivered. They simply were not. It may be the fault of the USPS, but as I had not purchased any insurance for the overseas product (who does?), USPS was not going to provide a refund. But BikeInn does not offer any sympathy, as one can never talk to a human. An automated email response is all you'll ever get. And it is never sufficient in answering your questions. BikeInn's customer service is as bad as it gets.

I had $50 worth of water bottles and the charge to ship was $67 I inquire about it and the rep says try different items! Wtf is that. Just recently I had a similar order with more items and the same amount of bottles and it was around $24 in shipping.

HORRIBLE!

Horrible service desk. Shipping is slow and never deliver. Claimed i have my own address incorrect but on their invoice my address correctly stated. Stocks (masks) never actually came nor delivered. I have waited for months them. If they dont have it, can just advise and refund. No need to waste my time.

I did order shimano shifter 105 on the 2nd February. We are now the 7th March an part not received yet. I wrote to the customer service and they told me that they need 10 to 15 working day to track the part. We are now up 12 working days and they told me they require another 10 to 15 working days. A real joke. I ask for a refund and they have no intention to proceed with it. I do not recommend to buy anything from that store.

I purchased the Elite Arion Digital Smart B+ roller for $380 which should have been the first red flag since they go for $650+ new. When I received the rollers I could already tell something was off since the box looked extremely worn and old.The item was missing the two additional plug adapters that should be included to use it in the US and Australia so I had to purchase an adapter from amazon and had to a wait a week for that to arrive.

Once plugged in the rollers made a loud buzzing noise twice and then stopped and then could not be connected to via ant+ or Bluetooth. At this point I could see they sent me a defective unit and a clearly used unit. As you can see from the pictures there was gunk around all the stickers and the unit just looked worn.

HERE IS THE BEST PART!
I selected the option to do a full refund. They sent me a link for a return label with prepaid shipping which all worked fine. I sent the item back to Spain from the US. As if today this is what they are telling me, "Dear customer, we have already checked your returned item and it has been sent to the manufacturer in order to verify if the defect is covered by their warranty policy. Please bear in mind that if the manufacturer rejects warranty, you will be charged for the costs incurred (transport, service and / or repair charges)."
This was by no means ever discussed and I never asked for the item to be sent back to me. I already know they are going to try to charge me more money regardless if they send the item back or not. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM BIKEINN OR ANY OF THE INN SITES AT ALL. COMPLETE SCAM.

UPDATE 1-9-20: Bikeinn has not responded to me for 18 days of me following up almost daily for a refund. Luckily I was able to do a charge back through my bank and got all my money back today. Again DO NOT BUY FROM BIKEINN!

"cancel your order"

I placed order 07.12.2019. I asked them when will you ship my order.

Answer;

Unfortunately your order ******* has not been shipped yet because the following item is currently not available any more:
Shimano RC5 Blue EU 43

We are extremely sorry for any inconveniences caused.

Due to the particular situation, we can propose you two options:
- Remove and refund the product/s not available and send the rest of your order (in case you have more than one product in your order)
- Replace the unavailable product with an alternative one

Then i refused their offers and they send me message which added above,

Although we were expecting your ordered item to be delivered to us sooner, it is taking longer than expected for it to reach our warehouse.

Following their latest information, the Shimano RC5 Blue EU 43 will reach our warehouse around 12/12/2019.

If this is too late for you, please log into My Account in order to replace or delete the item of your order.

And today they send me this message;

Our most sincere apologies for the delay issues.

Unfortunately the following product has not reached our main warehouse yet, although we had the information that it should have arrived already:
Shimano RC5 Blue EU 43

If you do not tell us otherwise we will keep waiting for the product to arrive along the next few working days.

If you cannot wait, please log into My account in order to delete or replace the item from your order

İ dont know what i am going to do, they just know to say "cancel your order"...

! WARNING!
November 22, 2019

WARNING: Placing products to be "in stock", but can't deliver them. No notice or any kind of information of delayed products and the worst costumer service ever! From order to delivery it took 3 weeks instead the promised 1 week.
Waiting in chats for ages until you get through and I didn't even get the money back for the not delivered products they didn't have in stock even they were "ready to ship"!

Pay the few bugs more and buy local!

Purchased some xt brakes from bikeinn- next day i am getting billed for prepaid gift cards in Barcelona ( im in canada btw).
Very frustrating having to cancel my credit card - not a single response from "customer service" at bike inn- i had to contact my credit card fraud department. Criminals affiliated with bikeinn have access to all banking info attached to credit cards- DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Lesson learned...

I bought a GPS for use in Australia from a website that had an Australian flag on the top and the unit was advertised in Australian Dollars. I was thus surprised to find the unit came from Spain and had Western European maps and no Australian Maps. Thus the unit is not suitable for use in Australia unless you pay, almost the cost of the unit itself, to buy the Australian maps. When I complained the company advised it said in the fine print the unit would have European maps, and thus not suitable for use in Australia!

Be aware this company trades under numerous names, like TradeInn, RunnInn, BikeInn, DiveInn, DressInn etc.

There shipping said received and then when you try contacting, they don't answer, just send out email saying they are working on issue and will get back in a few weeks. Disputing charge thru my credit card company. STAY AWAY FROM BIKEINN!

Mystery Supplier

I bought a Lexyne Max rear light from bikeiNN. It came reasonable promptly, worked beautifully for two weeks then "gave up the ghost".
No matter how hard I try I cannot contact bikeiNN to return the light or even to complain.
Can anyone help me?

Be very careful on choosing a bike transport bag from BikeInn.com
We chose a bag and watched the associated video very carefully, we ordered 2 such bags and received much lower scale bags from BikeInn.com. When we complained, they responded that the video is a generic video demonstrating another bag version 3.0 which is very hard to find on their web site and cost pc 5 ½ times the price of the bag listed which we purchased. We demanded a return authorization, they gave us an RMA as long as we paid the transportation charges going back to them. After we escalated the issue, BikeInn.com (TradeInn Retail Services) accepted we ship the return at their transportation costs. BikeInn.com then reimbursed the cost of the bags only. We were left with the cost of the original transportation charge of $75.46 CND and the additional Canadian duties of $27.25 CND paid which BikeInn.com refused to credit back. That represents 19% of the transaction's cost. Different countries might have different Customer Protection laws, but I can tell you that in Quebec, Canada, if you represent products in the same manner as you site does, the company would be contravening effective laws. To ensure that I was not the one misreading their web site for the product we viewed and purchased and their associated video, I showed their web site versus the products we received to 8 Quebec enthusiastic bikers. All 100% of them agreed that the video is misrepresenting the products BikeInn.com shipped. Peter
