I purchased a pair of TLD shorts; these wee8sent back as too big. I have been waiting 3 weeks for a refund! I have emailed them numerous times; no response. Even more infuriating is there is no contact no. Be warned when buying anything!

Possibly a scam

I ordered some knee pads that were supposed to arrive in about 2 weeks. I understand that international shipping has been a little slow lately due to the pandemic, so after 3 weeks without it even leaving Europe, I contacted them to inquire. They told me to wait 5 more days. I did and the shipping status did not change. I inquired again. They told me to wait 5 days. I said I already did and then they ignored me. Thankfully my credit card will cover it due to fraud, but I suggest you don't even go down this road. Save yourself the headache.

Good prices to draw you in but expensive delivery charge and slow delivery. I think they are based in Spain, so delivery takes a week or two. Why bother with them when Chain reaction, wiggle or Merlin cycles deliver for free within a day or two..

I ordered these tires 2 months ago and I have still yet to see them. I have asked several questions and the answer has simply been "we are working on it and you should have them in 10-15 business days". They have no idea where my package is and refuse to give me my money back so I can go elsewhere. I have asked for the USPS tracking number I paid for, but they never provided it. They probably saved some money and got the cheapest shipping possible. I am tired of asking them for updates. Instead, I have decided to just let people know on how BikeINN conducts business hoping that some reads this and decides to buy from one of the other many online sites available.

I personally hope that the site you do chose to spend your hard earned money at has a higher level of customer service than BikeINN. Basically, if you would like to pay for something, but never receive it then definitely order from BikeINN. 2 months and nothing really wish I never came across this site.

No delivery

Its been 6 weeks since I ordered a pair of bike shoes. Should have checked on their reputation. They give lame excuses like COVID19 etc but my other order, made 3 weeks after the one to Bikeinn, also from a UK seller came in 2 weeks! I have raised a dispute to Paypal... hopefully get my money back!

Very bad customer service. I ordered tires and estimated delivery was 2 weeks. It took 6 weeks to deliver, the FAQs state that they will inform when delays happen but I heard nothing until I asked for money back. The shipment had been lost for two weeks, no tracking info, then they started looking into it and found them. However, in those two weeks I decided I was going to sell home and didn't tires and I told them I would like them to pay return shipping because of delay. They declined and I was stuck with them.

Wrong item sent.

I ordered some maxxis presta valve inner tubes for my mountain bike and the sent me schrader valve tubes instead which will not fit on my wheel rims as the opening for the valve is to small for the Schrader valves. They said that they would refund me the money if I sent the the item back, so I printed out the return label in order to post it back. They then sent me an email saying that I would get a refund in the next five days for £23.99 and that I would not need to send the inner tubes back. Five days later I had a credit for £3.00 in my account which is obviously not the full amount. I have told them that if they do not resolve this issue I will contact my credit card company to resolve it for me. There customer service is terrible as well. They have no contact telephone number and it takes them an age to reply to emails. I will never use this shop ever again and I would advise you not to either.

I placed order for Bell Helmet on 15th May, 2020 destined to Bay Area, California. My CC was charged on 16th May, 2020. On 18th May, 2020 postnl was informed about shipment. For few days nothing moved. I got anxious and started reading reviews for Bikeinn. After reading reviews from current to previous years, I was pretty sure that i would never get helmet. I even thought of disputing my CC charges. But then my delivery dates were from 22nd May to 27 May. I decided to wait. Suddenly then I started seeing shipment movements and I could track on USPS and see my shipment reached SFO and finally it was delivered on 1st June, 2020. Definitely BikeInn is not fake. If they have product in stock, they will ship it. In terms of delivery time, looks like I got lucky. Also overall I saved around 110$. Please see pics. Definitely company needs to improve their customer service communication. Chat windows ending abruptly, taking long times in chat queues.

I can not comment on the product I ordered because I have not gotten it yet. It was supposed to arrive weeks ago. In contacting BikeInn, they claim that everything is "okay", business as usual. They just keep saying the package is enroute. I definitely would not have ordered from them if I knew that the 2-week delivery time would actually be 2 months. In scanning the internet for other reviews, it appears that this false advertising for their delivery dates is just what they do.

Been waiting almost a month for my tires and customer service is not great. They keep telling me to be patient, but I will never order from them again. Go to "Chain Reaction" or someone else. With the shipping cost, it would have been better to order elsewhere. I'm going on a bike tour and can't wait, so ordered from "Nashbar" two days ago and will get my product within five days. Bike Inn needs to go out of business. Go elsewhere and stay away from Bike inn!

Update on my bike shoes

After submitting my previous review Bikeinn contacted almost immediately and offered to cover the cost of return shipping through DHL. It took several more weeks to receive my shoes back from customs (COVID situation kicked in), but once I let Bikeinn know they offered a prepaid DHL shipping label. I printed out the DHL label and shipped them back. This time it would flawlessly and Bikeinn received my return and I finally got my refund.
I don't know why the US Post Office shipping got hung up in customs and DHL did not, but I would suggest anyone making a return from the US to use DHL.
Also if Bikeinn offered a way to just purchase a prepaid DHL shipping return label I would have gladly done it (suggestion on how improve their service).
Anyhow it worked out in the end and while it cost me $55 on a failed return Bikeinn did step up and covered the DHL cost.
Now that I know the potential issue and how to address it, I'd consider ordering from them again.

I'm not sure really who to blame this situation on but if you have to return an item I'd be highly cautious. I ordered a pair of the Shimano mw701 shoes in November 2019, they arrived seamlessly in the US in under 2 weeks. Unfortunately they were too large for me so I requested a return and shipped them back by US Postal Service for $55. That was on 12/26/2019, it is now over 2 months later 2/29/2020 and Bikeinn has still not received them. Supposedly they are in customs. Either way it super frustrating and unless you are absolutely positive on your size I would not recommend purchasing from Bikeinn.

Similar terrible experience as the other customer reviews below. Ordered a pair of Look pedals on May 15th. They were scheduled for delivery within 2 weeks and never arrived.

The tracking shows that a USPS label was printed but never actually accepted by USPS. Bikeinn has given the same bad excuse that others have mentioned below that the shipper has lost the package and that they will require 10-15 days to determine its location.

I've responded that they should either expedite me a new set of pedals or issue a refund. They will do neither a d have only told me that I should not accept the package when it arrives. I'm pretty certain this package will never arrived and that this company is just scamming people by dumping product before the eventually go out of business. Do not buy from this company.

Stay away

5 weeks since $200 order was placed. Apparently still with the dutch post and in transit despite being in "transit" for weeks now. Look into them enough you'll see the same story from others.

These guys are frauds, there are much better sites to order from. Save yourself the trouble and do not give them your business

This is an excerpt of my last and final review of these clowns. Read and judge for yourself.

So what you're telling me after 4 previous requests by me to locate my package, is that the order that I placed 7 weeks ago on April 16th for two bike tires is missing, and,
1. You cannot locate it,
2. I have not received it,
3. After 6 weeks waiting on your defective shipping methods, I no longer have a need for it,

You tell me the order cannot be cancelled or refunded until I receive it and send it back to you (sounds pretty unlikely at this point, don't you think?)

This means that if it never arrives, which at this point seems highly likely, I, as your CUSTOMER am paying for something that I never received and that you, the SUPPLIER have no responsibility to your customer to do right by me and refund my purchase until you receive the item back (which also seems pretty unlikely since the trip here has taken 6 weeks so far and has not even shown as leaving the Netherlands for 5 of those weeks, which I take as meaning it's lost in transit).

The responsibility here is YOURs, not mine, and as a business you should know better than to screw your customer for your poor choices in shipping service. Your denying any responsibility and refusing to refund my payment for your lost inventory will be captured in my next review.

Please plan on continuing to receive more negative reviews on your site until you resolve this issue. Your reviews are already extremely poor; possibly you don't care if you have no plans to continue to do business under your current name.

This is my last attempt to get you to do the right thing and refund my money. I will never do business with you again.

I hope any reader sees this and thinks twice about choosing these people to do business with.

No refund

Paid for tires April 6th that were allegedly shipped on that date. As of May 20th tires not received. Tracking was useless. ("In transit"). I asked for a refund. Instead of a refund they asked me to fill out a form asking for info that they already had. I ordered from another overseas co. And got my tires in less than ten days. No refund, although my credit card co. Will reverse the charge. Still, the credit card co. Should not eat the loss. I will not purchase from Bikeinn again.

I ordered a helmet and a shirt from this terrible company. Its been almost 2 months. When you email them you get a half assed response that they will review it and try to track the package. Then they tell you it will be an additional 2 weeks, for a helmet and a shirt! Most of the email i get from them are generic response emails, and you cant call them. If you are not in the same country as them, I would never order from them because you have no legal recourse, so basically I'm out about $275 U.S. dollars because of this company. Don't trust them and don't buy from them. As of this writing I still haven't received the items.

Took about four weeks to receive from Spain company does seem to be very legit because I got what I paid for which were to mountain bike tires which I paid a lot less than I would in my local shop
