I returned my Bikeinn order ******* more than one month ago and I didn´t get any refund so far. The case is closed on my account with the information "refunded" but I did not get my refund. The support doesn´t work at all, they don´t know what they are doing I got already different informations saying that the refund was done, after that saying that it will be done, after and after with the same conversation but the fact is that I did not got my refund and it as already passed more than one month. When you try to push for more details they simply stop replying to you. They say that the refund takes between 4 and 10 days which is absolutely not true! I never saw such a bad service. Let´s see how much more time I will be waiting for my refund!
Beware they are liars. Three weeks ago I ordered 2 bike tires from them. My stupidity I did not see they were from Spain. Their shipping estimate via airmail was under a week. The price was average and they promised 100% customer satisfaction. I use my bike to ride to work but I can take Uber, but for a few So I made the purchase.
That's where the nightmare began. They sent email saying my tires shipped. That only took 2 days so I got excited. However since then tracking says " IN CUSTOMS, PENDING US CUSTOMS DISPOSITION CODESpring GDS US, United States". My bike tires sit in customs somewhere in New York. I ask company to research. All they say is here is you tracking. I ask about customer refund so I can go buy from different vendor and say NO since they mailed it, I need to be patient. 3 weeks later I email them every day and more excuses. They refuse my refund even though they promise fast air mail shipping, free refunds & 100% customer satisfaction. Do NOT do business with them, especially if you live in the USA. They lie and deceive to get your money. In this country, they would have already been put out of business. 3 weeks later still NO tires and I have spent over $100 in Uber rides to gt to work. The company does NOT care. If they were in America, the government would have already shut them down..
Bought biking shoes, they shipped a size that is two sizes too large. Their website won't process the return. Their app won't process the return. Buyer beware!

This is the confirmation message. Then nothing till I contacted them, to be told its out of stock and I have to remove it from my order? How could I do that, if you don't tell me its out of stock? Wasted weeks waiting on parts I needed. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID

Take This As A Warning, BikeInn Seems Like A Scam!
For a few weeks now, their "customer service" (if that's what you want to call it) has been vague, providing scripted answers to basic shipping inquiries.
I placed my order on July 2nd 2020. The order took over 2 weeks to fulfill and departed the Netherlands, on route to Canada as of July 17th (at the time of the order, their website listed the estimated DELIVERY between July 13-17). Today is August 5th, with no further updated information. My last correspondence with them, approx. 1 week ago, suggested I contact local post, that they/customs are possibly holding the order. After contacting my local post, they informed me that the parcel in not in the country at all.
I suspect this company operates on deception of shipping lead times and possibly stock. Just to take your money. Do they even stock any of the items they sell? If not please be more transparent with your customers. Company seems like a complete fraud. Considering putting in a claim with my credit card company. I have been ordering for years from other online competitors, without any issues. I should've stuck with them. Live and Learn
I ordered a brooks saddle and the wrong one was sent after 3 weeks, so ok these things happen. I sent a photo of the saddle I ordered and the one received and competed the return form, that is where the problems started. I keep getting requests to send more photos and receive apologies for the delay. Now my requests for a status are just ignored. The chat just cuts off and any issues you try to flag on trust pilot they just have removed. They do not send you a return address on packaging and an audit trail of your follow ups on their website disappear. They do not accept returns to be careful using this reseller 5Aug20 and still no reply.
Bike Inn Delivery Service and tracking is very bad. The product I ordered, a saddle, is now two weeks past due. I can not yet attest to product quality as I have no product.
Will never entertain using them again.
Bought a pair of RockShox Revelations for a great price, paid for DHL due to their reputation. After purchase i saw a few bad reviews online. Package sat in "being prepared" for two days and i started to panic. I contacted customer support and they replied within the day. Package was sent the same day and arrived a week later to Australia from Spain. Be patient, COVID is affecting everything at the moment. Pay extra for quality delivery i. E DHL. Very happy, came in full retail packaging as well, great customer service. Would shop again.
I ordered 3 items from bikeinn at a cost of approx. $650. I read the reviews on site jabber AFTER I submitted my order and worried I might have made a mistake. There were so many bad reviews, esp concerning delivery and refunds. I hoped for the best and was pleasantly surprised to receive my items beautifully packaged and intact during the specified delivery dates. Everything is in great condition. I couldn't be happier and will definitely be a return customer.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. I thought I was protected using PayPal. Started a dispute when item was 3 weeks overdue. Item finally delivered 10 weeks after order, 8 weeks overdue. I had to get another helmet so I could ride. Now PayPal denied my claim. No real person to respond. Their web site still shows shipping time to be 2 weeks. I've learned not to order from China. Won't order from any TradeInn site now. I will strongly consider only buying from company with US presence.
I have been waiting nearly 2 1/2 months and have not received my cycling bib. Bikeinn (Tradeinn) will not refund my money. They claim shipping is delayed from Europe due to COVD-19. There is nothing about the website that reasonably advises consumers that the product is coming from Europe, and the price is stated in dollars. The hassle you will experience and the delay is not worth the savings they advertise. I warn you, take your business elsewhere. Bikeinn sucks.
I bought some Ergon Large Black grips which showed as "in stock", and a couple of other smaller items. Four days later I get a message to review my order. I log in and it says that the grips "might" not be in stock.
I message the "Contact Us" and ask if they are in stock (they either have them or they don't - where does "might" come from). I also ask what the options are if they are not in stock - did they have the Small size, or one of the Blue colours? When did they expect to get stock? I also point out that all of these were still showing as currently in stock.
The response is that the Large Black is not in stock, and I can cancel the order.
I reply asking them to answer the other questions I asked.
They reply by telling me that the Large Blue is also not in stock (it still shows as in stock on the website). No response to the other questions! By this time the Large Black is showing as no stock on their website.
I try again to get answers - still no answers to the questions, so I have no choice but to cancel the order. I ask them to refund the purchase price plus the international transaction fees my bank charges for both the purchase and the refund - no response to that either. Then 8 hours later the Large Black changes back to "in stock"! If they were genuinely back in stock, why didn't they tell me (I did ask specifically when they were getting new stock) and I would not have cancelled the order.
They are just woeful - they were still taking orders and money from people, even after they told me that there was no stock of these grips, wait a few days and then offer to refund your money within 48-72 hours. So they take your money, keep it for a week and give it back to you, and you get hit by any bank fees in the process.
I do understand that system stock levels are sometimes wrong, but for them to be wrong on four different products, and have the company take 4 days to discover this, and then tell you that they "might" be out of stock, and then still leave them showing as in stock on the website (to trick others into paying them?), and then not answer simple questions to allow an informed decision - that is not good. That goes well beyond a understandable stock error.
I will never deal with them again. The prices are often good, but not good enough to put up with deceit and non-existent service like this.
I placed an order on May 19. The estimated delivery time was within the first week of June. AFTER paying for the order, I was informed that would not be ready for shipment until June 11, which would mean I would not receive it until at least early July.
I contacted customer service and was told that if I did not want to wait, I could cancel the items that were not in stock and the company would ship what was in stock. I took the advice given by the service rep and removed all the items that were not in stock for my order.
I was refunded for the items cancelled, but not the shipping paid for these items. I was charged $65.99 to ship 4 items that should have cost $16.99 to ship.
There is no reason I should have to pay a shipping cost for parts that were not shipped. As far as I am concerned, this company has stolen nearly $50 from me.
I have reached out multiple times through email and the chat option with no resolution. I get a reply to maybe one out of three emails... it is a generic response about shipping delays due to covid. I was able to reach someone once through the chat, after hours of waiting, who said I would be contacted within 24hrs by some other department - It has been two weeks now and nothing. I'm not sure what else to do... just this morning I have spent 2.5hrs waiting in queue for the chat support. I have been stuck at number 1 in queue for over an 1.5hrs... I started at number 73...
The whole experience has been terrible... I should have listened to the terrible reviews of this company. I'm definitely regretting giving BIKEINN a chance and will never be using or recommending their service again.
I didn't realize I was purchasing gear from Spain.
Then when I shipped the goods (to Spain!) at my expense they denied receiving the returned goods.
Cost me $400.
Never again. Buy USA.
Really should have read the reviews. Ordered an item 16 days ago, more than 2 weeks and it still hasn't even arrived in my COUNTRY. Its still somewhere in the Netherlands and I live in the US. Shipping hasn't updated since I bought the item. Get your product somewhere else
This seems to be a problem with everyone else. Website is possibly a scam.
Great job for Bikeinn, all delivered in order and on time during COVID-19. Order placed on 5th June 2020 to be shipped to Dubai, UAE. Delivery estimated initially on 29th June, package arrived on my door on the 1st of July, properly packed and all items in order.
Great effort and great service during difficult times.

After ordering a costly pair of cycling shoes, six weeks ago, there hasn't been any information on the order status whatsoever, and the company has been ignoring all my messages. I placed the order at the beginning of June with the promise of getting them in two weeks, sometime around my birthday, but this company shipped them three weeks after even though they "assured that my order will receive their best attention." They sent a tracking number that proves how late they took to deliver the order despite my paying for fast delivery - in addition to the U$350+ for the pair of shoes. On top of everything, the tracking number does not provide any update either and still shows the same status since they sent the order.
I understand that COVID-19 and all that mess makes things hectic, but at least answer a single email, please! I just hope the order does not get lost in the mail, as I've seen it has happened in most of these reviews.
They are probably spending too much money on their website and propaganda instead of investing in customer relationships.
I would just avoid them if I were you, just for peace of mind.
Answer: You are sent a product in the post, might not be the item ordered or it might be faulty but you will get something eventually. Just don't try to return it.
