Deceiving practices, it takes forever to even ship an item that they claim is in stock, then they do not take responsibility if an item does not arrive in a timely fashion.

Ordered on a Wednesday and received the book in 4 days! Standard shipping in covid times... yay!
Efficient process and quick shipment. They had the book in stock when other sites were back ordered for weeks.
I paid $7-$8 for expedited shipping, only to have it arrive 5 days later than the date indicated for that option. It actually arrived in the free-shipping window, which was more than a little annoying, because the only reason I paid the extra money was because I needed the book quickly.
Apparently none of the items were ever in stock, even though I specifically selected only items listed as "in stock". I found all of this out only after a false "delivery confirmation," i. E. my friend never receiving his holiday gift.
I ordered 2 books. One I had to buy elsewhere because after claiming it was available, u did not have the product to ship to me.
