BEWARE Friends,
Always compare prices of the items with Amazon Pantry, grofers, Reliance etc, you buy anything from Bigbasket. Surely you will save minimum 10% if you don't buy from Bigbasket.
Also Bigbasket have started new game of Day Time Loot by supplying underweight fruits and vegetables and charging 5% extra by manipulating weights.
E.g. One kg any fruite or vegetables will be labeled as 1.05kg for charging extra money, but when you check the actual weight, mostly its below 1kg

This is the most untrusted and a fraud company.
We have always received fungused vegetables, fake other items, the most unreliable name, they give you cheaper price because they buy the oldest stocks from the farmers and expired items from their suppliers. We have a back to back this experience from the mumbai bigbasket, they cheat you over the bills and charge you for the missing items which they dont deliver, their always swallow your credit money from the app.
Please avoid this brand if you want your families health safety, these people are risking their customers lives. Shame on the mumbai bigbasket team. They are extremely insensitive frauds and liars, we have compained it to their backend department but all in vain as the operation team
Controls the backend team fully.
These people do not care about customers complaints.
God knows how the owner sleeps at night by literally giving poison to innocent people. He cannot manage the quality to any extend neither he really cares about the complaints.
He is busy buttering the operation team instead.
Shame on them.

I placed an order yesterday, money got deducted from my account but the payment status showed pending. I spoke to my bank and they confirm that merchant has received the amount and gave the transaction I'd. I spoke to bigbasket customer care executive POOJA. She confirmed that payment is received and she will update the status and convey the message to delivery boy. However the delivery boy collects the cash. She along with the delivery boy have some wrong intentions or they are so careless and useless for which I had to pay twice for the same. When I complained about her to the other customer care executive VIJENDAR he blocked my number.

CARELESS and CHEAT

Most pathetic service I have ever seen in my entire life! I ordered a full household item for 1900, they charge me 50 delivery charge, give me next day delivery date. They call me in the morning to confirm my address to deliver 3packets of *******@50/- each & then told me the rest of the delivery is on the way AND believe me folks, I am still waiting for the remaining items.
Reading the reviews I now feel cancellation would be my headache to recover the money paid, so I will wait for the items to be delivered & if it doesn't come by today evening then I will take proper action where their brand ambassadors too will get the message of not endorsing for such FRAUD online businesses

I have ordered a bunch of stuff from big basket, i have been doing for quite some time now and honestly you guys have provided the worst customer service possible.
I had ordered it on 26th of march and i was assured a delivery on the 27th.
Yesterday the delivery was again changed to 28th today but it has still not been delivered and now i received an email that it was cancelled.
Folks at my place are sitting and waiting at home as the delivery was suppose to happen today but it still hasnt arrived, neither was anyone at my 'doorstep' nor was there a call made to my registered phone number.
After i placed the order, thrice the quantity and price has been modified with no proper communication.
This is by far the worst customer service ever and i will be posting this review on every site possible and give you guys negative review everywhere there is a possibility.

They say delivery charge would be refunded aft u shop for 1999 but no where they mention it should be done within a mnth n on every 1st it would reset this u only come to know the next mnth when your counter is at 0 again
All false promotions just to cheat customers
I really wonder how come shahrukh khan such a famous personality promotes such cheaters

I had ordered a few items from Bigbasket which included 2 coconuts. The delivery slotted for 2 hours duration between 9.30am to 11.30am the next day. Items received at around 10.15am. The coconuts were not cleant off its outer layers. I complained to them and they sent their usual apology. One coconut was of good quality. The other one when I broke the next day, was surprised that the coconut had only muddy water and nothin else. I have again written to them and also asked for their Management to be informed and also Shahrukh Khan who is always boasting of BB quality in his ads. (He is paid for that so he is not bothered about quality.)

Your delivery slot is for 3 hours, so you expect us to sit idle for 3 hours for your delivery guy to come? Why can't you provide the number of the delivery guy so that it becomes easy then?
I have called the customer care like 10 times and none of your executive was able to help me...
My order id is MJPO-************** and the delivery was supposed to take place yesterday but I got late by 5 minutes to reach home and the delivery guy went away saying the order will be delivered tomorrow now... it is very pathetic to see that you can not provide the contact number before and none of your executive helped me, I am definitely not going to order again and will also ask my friends to stop ordering from you now...

I just noticed that BigBasket always changes the prices including delivery fees just at the time of payment - the amount is higher than what is shown during checkou - so buyer beware.

The BBstar membership is a rip off - does not offer any value at all. BB keeps changing its terms and conditions. I was supposed to get cash back every month - however nothing credited so far.

Customer service is a joke - doesn't exist in BB

NEVER deliver on time. You will spend all day waiting for them while they keep randomly changing their delivery slots. And then charge you if you want to cancel your order.

If you don't want to get cheated then stay away from BigBasket. They are just a #BigBasketCase.

The delivery guy as he dint have change he said he will add in my wallet which actulaly could be used in the next order.
Next 2 orders the issues was clarified and my 200 ra was not used after some diacussions and arguments they confirned they are adding 97 rs in my wallet I was still comprimiaes atleadt half of my money would be of use.
Just to avail that amount I have ordered through bigbasket and again the same old story... wallet is zero
They are not really interested in services just texting an thanking is all what they do.
Its such a useless service my time nd money is gone and prices are high comparatively.
Any ways I dont want to be lazy to pay delivery charges and tonloose my money as well.
Worst services... if they cant manage in doing their best why does they come up with such business ideas
