We got 2 columbian red tail boas and only one of them came in good health. But the other one came really skinny didn't eat. The one who was skinny died and there went $200 dollars. I told them about it and they didn't care. The little boas didn't eat within 3 weeks of having them. They came with the umbilical cords and that's when I knew they didn't feed them before getting sent out to me. So I would stay away from ordering from them.

I was so excited when i saw that this store was carrying coconut crabs, its been a dream of mine to own one. I couldn't resist the great price plus they also offer coupons so it was a really good deal. Product arrived earlier than expected. Great packaging, great service and the animal was in great shape. Second time doing business with this company and i have no regrets.

We received out new addition to the family and he is stunning. Fast delivery and healthy. Happy to have him. Thank you Big Apple.

I couldn't be more satisfied. My new baby arrived bright eyed and very active. He's gorgeous. Going on day two, feeding is a bit of a struggle at the moment, but it could be the stress from his big move. I'm very happy with the whole process from start to finish, and the breeder was great on communication. I'll definitely be back when I'm ready to add to my little family. 10/10!

Omg! Thank you so much! He is so amazing! He's beautiful. I never realized how docile these guys really are. I think out of all my lizards my Bearded Dragon and now the Yellow Niger are my favorite. Wow! He was eating Dandelion sprouts after about 15 minutes of being delivered here. I'm actually happy it didn't work out with the Jackson's Chameleon. He so much more personable and likes being held. Hopefully I will have him eating out of my hands soon like all my other lizards. Thanks again for working with me. It took us a little while to figure it out but I'm very happy with what I received in the end! He is extremely healthy and he is a gorgeous yellow color. I tried to get a snake from them... they wanted to charge me extra money for reasons im unclear of. Then when they reached out they told me what I wanted wasn't actually in stock like the website claimed and I could get something else. I kindly declined and told them maybe in the future I could go to them as I was still excited. For reasons unknown they messaged me this morning. Asked for my order # when given they said it wasn't one of their numbers. Mind you I have two different confirmations of the cancelation the day prior. I then searched their number and saw who was reaching out. I again said sorry and I thought it was a different company I just purchased a pet through. They had the audacity to message back laughing at me with emojis and saying good luck... if I were to be professional wouldn't you still want someones business. If I went somewhere they thought was a bad place wouldn't you want to help a potential customer instead of bash on them? Give them advice and try and steer them in a better direction. Completely sad and the reviews of how many people have gone to the better business bureau on this place is insane... good job acting like a middle school child and losing someone that was actually still willing to go to you in the future. Very professional... clearly...

I ordered 2 frogs and received them from within a couple days! The salesperson went above and beyond!

I got my new leopard gecko almost two weeks ago from this company. My little guy is doing fabulous and I'm so thankful that he was well taken care of before I adopted him. Highly recommend for anyone considering an exotic reptile!

Texted Big Apple and got a response from a person who said he was Steven. I told him I wanted a Kingsnake and that I wanted something mostly black. He told me they had really nice Mexican Black Kings in that were 2020 big babies. Ordered hoping for the best and got the most spectacular black king ever. So happy!

Short but sweet and to the point. I was uncomfortable, leery, and nervous at first only for the simple fact that I could not see the Lizard before purchase, could not pick out what I wanted, however Steven at customer support reassured me and made me feel better about the whole situation. I received exactly what I ordered and was hoping for, was not disappointed at all. The Gecko seems very healthy, looks great, not thin, has no stuck shed, ect. Came in crisp and clear :) at a good weight too. I'm happy with my first order from the Company and will buy from again, thanks again to Steven for putting up with me haha...

Came the day it was supposed to. Very calm and non defensive snake. Great customer service answered all of my questions and still does to this day.

Snake came in packaged well and on time. He is a very active and curious little guy and is exploring his 55 gallon home. Named him Beetlejuice. This is the 2nd corn snake we have bought and both times Big Apple has been great with communicating every step and answering any questions we had.

My husband and I ordered some baby turtles from Big Apple Herps, and they arrived healthy and well. When a species we had wanted wasn't available, we were notified immediately, and a spectacular suggestion was made. All communication with staff was wonderful

Came a bit cold but on time. Perfectly packaged and safe. Cutest snake ever great personality settling in nicely. Thanks so much

Phantom Fantasma arrived energetic and healthy! The box was very secure and well packed. When I messaged the site with a question, they were quick to respond! Will definitely purchase from Big Apple again!

My tokay arrived on time and looked good to be wild caught. I would definitely recommend bigappleherp.
