I got two snakes from big Apple herp. One was a California King snake which was a runt that only survived for only 9 months before dying. The other was a caramel corn snake which was in terrible health condition. It was extremely skinny and didn't eat, it was also missing scales. I managed to force feed the snake but it still died after 4 months. I did everything to try and keep it alive even gave it half of a small pinky but it refused to eat. I don't recommend. You can see in the photo of the king snake how tiny he was. That photo was taken 1 week before he died, he was only 10 inches long at 9 months. The photo of the corn snake you can see how skinny he was and the way he ate.

They not only sent the wrong lizard, i had to take 5 pictures and keeo taking the new lizards out, stressing them out so bad, to take more pictures. Customer service is so rude. They are keyboard warriors and sends you a random gecko no matter what you order. Refused to refund because I wouldnt take my leos out to take yet another picture of this mystery gecko. I am talking sitting on top of the box, lid off, very scared. I dropped one and now it has an awful spot on it. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Petsmart sells rabdom geckos for $20-30 that look much better than these.

Arrived perfect and healthy! I loved the cold pack especially since we have 100 degree temps! A+ customer service

Ordered my baby dragon and when it arrived it looked very healthy and alert. It also was willing to eat food after warming up some. Beautiful coloring as well! Tail nip isn't horrible (also a toe) But overall im super happy with my Beardie baby!

T Curly Juvenile arrived safe and sound. In awe of its majestic size of my palm! Ate a wax worm in its new habitat :) Welcome home!

Big Apple Pet Supply honestly had one of the greatest selections of geckos online with an easy to navigate website. So browsing for my 12 year old daughters birthday gift with her online was super easy and after ordering and dealing with customer service I would definitely order from them again. They are legit.

Tried to ask a simple question and got the most rude unprofessional "customer service" and looks like I'm not the only one

The snake came very well packaged. He was active, very smooth & and shiny. He looks and feels healthy. He isn't as yellow or caramel colored as the pic though.

We love our baby Cali King Snake midnight! We've had her for almost 3 weeks now and eats like a champ. My daughter went to get her out this morning and she had vanished! We had 4 screen locks on her 20 gallon long enclosure. But she somehow slipped out and my 6yr old daughter is completely heart broken. I'm hoping and praying Midnight will turn up in the next couple of days. We're doing everything we can to find her. If your reading this, please put up a little pray that we find her. Big Apple Herb is a great place to purchase a snake. She arrived very healthy and has been so great being handled a few times a day by the kids. Buf if you own snakes long enough, you'll eventually deal with an escape. Just praying she will show up soon. Thanks, -Tarron in NC

Very satisfied with this company! I was a little iffy at first because I have had bad experiences with other companies in the past but this company was very easy to deal with. They responded to me in a very timely manner and my water monitor baby arrived very healthy and on time! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who is looking to purchase a reptile! I will be dealing with them again in the future
