Your website does not let me return any of the items and that is why I'm dissatisfied. Is there any way you can let me return at least the items are too big or too small? Thank you
What a great deal. By far the best pricing I found on a pair of boots I had been stalking on multiple websites. Shipping was fast and the product was satisfactory. I will definitely be coming back for more!
I paid for expediated delivery and received the coat 7 days later. I realize the weather was inclement; however, I wish I could have the extra money I spent on the expediated delivery refunded.
Great products at a great price but international shipping is a nightmare! Have had multiple issues and packages go missing. The Route package protection is useless and not worth the fee. I want to love BHFO but I need to consistently receive my orders to do so.

Nice product. What I wanted. The only disappointment for me was it says it ships USPS which I use a lot and priority only takes about 2 -3 days these took a long time. I wanted to wear them for a xmas party and they didn't get here until the 29th! I ordered a different pair off poshmark and they were here in 2 days USPS along with 3 other pair of pants. So when they say they ship USPS it ships UPS and then switches to USPS so it comes at a snails pace! Bummer.
This web site was very easy to shop on and the delivery was quick. I will definitely order from them again
