Easy order, arrived early, and even though I had to return them due to ordering the wrong size, the return experience was also easy.
Boot was delivered! However, there are some damages on the boot. Not sure if it's because the original packaging was damage. I received these boots stuffed in a small box. What was stamped on the box stated "ORIGINAL PACKAGING WAS DAMAGED"
I bought these same boots at full price and the zipper broke after a year. I repurchased the same name brand boots at a bargain price. The books are exactly as described and arrived on time. Thank you BHFO!
I have ordered several coats and most of the them have been great
Quick handling but I would have preferred the jacket on a hanger with a storage bag.
The materials were cheap, the coat looks and feels cheap. It doesn't even have buttons but snaps. Not worth buying.

I'm 5'1 and this jacket literally goes down to my ankles but I love it; it's like walking around in a sleeping bag actually lol. The band/design on the waistline is a little too low on my back because I'm petite but it's SO warm I can stay outside for hours!
The prices are great, and have similar or identical products to the bigger name stores.
Ordered over $400 worth of items. Received one defective item $6.99 and one wrong size item $11.99. I sent two emails (Wed and sat), no response. I called today, Mon, someone immediately answered and told me to email pictures. I did, they responded and asked for more pictures. So they're just dragging this whole process on over a $6.99 and $11.99 shirt that shouldn't have been sent to me anyway, they shouldn't need pics, they should have inspected items prior to sending out so there weren't defects and so the sizes are the correct sizes I ordered. So now I am resorting to post negative reviews and go to my credit card company to make it this right because they will not give me a solution to rectify a situation that is clearly their error. For a company that boasts on their customer service, it's really been either lacking or just difficult to deal with.

I've been shopping this site for many years and have never been disappointed. High quality at bargain basement prices. They have a large inventory, something for every size & shape.
Terrible The pants were actually a 38 waist. BHFO tag and listing was for 42 waist. Customer Service claimed it was about fit. Ridiculous. Will never buy from BHFO again
