I got my order 2 hours after i ordered it. My pizza was cold! And the delivery guy was a little mexican kid that didn't even speak english! And i told him: mamame el guevo coñoetumadre. Vete pal carajo muchacho gafo
Perhaps the worst service I have ever experienced. Place an order at 525pm... at 6:35pm I call the restaurant and nobody answers.
I then call back several times over the next 20mins. Still no answer. At that point I call BeyondMenu and say they want to call the restaurant. No surprises, when BeyondMenu calls me back they say nobody answered and they are sorry.
They then tell me they never received a confirmation from the restaurant, but did not email/message/phone or contact me to tell me that.
Then. In talking through a resolution when it is too late to actually order an alternative, they tell me they are sorry and they do not reimburse or give credit.
Not all bad though. Because then I am told to have a wonderful evening. 2 hours back and forth, absolutely nothing offered as a resolution, and thats that.
Cant imagine this business will survive very long.

Receiving 6-7 calls per day, even asking them repeatedly to be removed from their list. My phone number has not belonged to a restaurant for at least 7 YEARS. Now they are leaving voicemails, laughing and speaking in a foreign language. They must be bored and feel like harassing people who would never be a customer is entertaining.

Never again. I work from home & on the phone frequently. I put a note in my account not to knock or ring doorbell because my dogs go nuts, to just leave the bag at the door & I'll get when I can. He repeatedly knocked & dogs went nuts while I'm on the phone. I finally broke away & went to door. He was leaving with my order! #1 he didn't speak English & #2 the restaurant does not see any note you put in your account. Nope. Never again!

This company is worthless. My family and I are on vacation in Florida. Decided to order a massive amount of Chinese Food. Ordered like $250 of food on a laptop that took about 20 minutes to enter. With spotty cell service on the coast--I received an email telling me my order was cancelled. I called and they said that they called me but I did not answer my cellphone. I asked if they could call me again to assure I was legit. THE OPERATOR REFUSED AND CANCELED MY ORDER! I had to call the restaraunt directly to get my order completed.

Ordered online and got a welcome email and a "success" that my order was placed with a local business of pickup. I selected the time for pickup and when I arrived, I learned that the restaurant never got my order. Thank goodness I didn't pay in advance. This was a complete failure.

I had reached out to Beyond Menu via email regarding us being overcharged and didn't receive everything we had ordered. Someone emailed me back saying that the overcharges will drop shortly - they did not and this person did not answer my questions for being charged for food but not receiving everything we got paid for. I wrote two emails back to this person and no response has been provided. This company is careless. Will not use ever again.

Ordered Chinese food from local restaurant, paid on line. Waited almost an hour for food to arrive. Finally call the restaurant and was informed that Beyond Menu had called them and stated I had cancelled my order. What? I never cancelled my order and my credit card was charged. Restaurant was apologetic and stated they will call Beyond Menu. I better get a credit on my credit card or they'll be hearing from me.

What happen is I have told the beyond-menu that we want the customer to come and pay at store only and they said "Okay" but what happen yesterday is the customer said they already paid with beyond-menu. So we can't close order because the customer not going to pay with us. We try to email person name "Alice" she the one taking care of our problem all the time. She didn't answer. Today we try to called beyond-menu and some guy have pick up and listen to our problem and he ask for order number from yesterday that have problem. His attitude when he talk with us was not a nice attitude at all. (Maybe because he don't understand what I'm said) While I'm try to find order number he just hang up.

When we switched owners for our resturant we had contacted this company ahead of time. However our April payment was still delayed. When we had asked, we got the reply that it would at the most take about 2 months to gain the bank's approval. Which made no sense to us. However since we did just switched we gave them the 2 months. It's the middle of July and when we call, it's always the same reply. When we call now the calls are cut short or it doesn't get through. There almost seems to be no manager there at all. They also tell us to wait for a call back, a simple term for never. I really need to put this on a Google review where everyone can see this. Please Beware.

I would give this company a negative star rating if I could. They have not paid us money owed for deliveries as far back as 2014 through 2016. It's less than $400 and they acknowledge they owe it, they just won't pay. You can't talk with anyone higher than a customer service person, who "escalates" a problem, but can't seem to resolve anything. Really quite disgusted.

I have a credit card that I only used with this service and shortly after I used it someone had my credit card info and bought a bunch of garbage with it. Do not use this service it is horrible.

Ordered from a restaurant using this "service". Order was not even started when we arrived to pick up, was short when we got home, never got a credit for missing itmes despite contacting Beyondmenu. Poor to nonexistent customer "service"

Tried to order Chinese from one of our favorite places, and found they recently switched to BeyondMenu for their online orders. Place my order fine, entered in my card info fine, but the website said my address was wrong. I ended up retyping the address and zipcode three separate times to ensure that it was indeed correct, but decided to call when it kept flagging it. The customer service rep who answered was very rude and spoke to me like I was an idiot who hadn't already tried to fix the issue. He then told me to download the mobile app and just "figure it out myself". When I declined and told him I was just going to call the restaurant directly, he simply muttered a "whatever, lady" before I hung up. If your website is broken, why on earth would I want to download your crappy app as well?

We used them for years, after they screw up my delivery map, and they didn't fix the problem, so we switch to other site, they took our google my business and change it themselves, now I have no access to my own page!

Bad company they can't find the way to making money so they are starting to hijack people website and put they own stuff listings, they are took over my Google business listings and put they website over my account and its not even work because people can't order through Beyond website because they don't have contact with my restaurant at all please please people be careful and stay away from Beyond menu they are hacking are criminal company.

Answer: Hi Judy, can you provide us the order number for clarification? Normally, the system will prompt you to add a tip. However, on the check out page you have the option to choose pay thru BM or pay cash directly to restaurant. If you pay to BM online, we forward those tip payments, delivery charges and order amt to the restaurant every 1st and 16th of the month. They get BM payments bi-monthly. Now, if you choose pay at store or pay by cash at store, the system will not prompt you to enter a tip.
