I went to place an order at our favorite Japanese take-out. I had to register with beyondmenu.com to do so. I also placed my order and entered my credit card info. When my son went to pickup our order, he was told it was never received. I called the phone number for beyondmenu.com and my call went directly to voice mail. I left a detailed message, along with a call back number. It is now 4.5 hours later, with no returned call from beyondmenu.com. I tried searching "Previous Orders" on their site. In incorrect grammar I received a "Not ordered" message.
I am very glad that I read the reviews first because I was very close to placing an order until I got to the checkout page and noticed that they only accept Visa and Mastercard. I then decided to look at the reviews and it was a wise choice to make. Thank you everyone that added a review about this scam site!

We apologize if you only had (2) options to pay for an order. Normally, when we get these type of requests for restaurant owners not to receive payments using Amex or Discover card we grant it for them since this option is depending on the owner's discretion. I use BM to place orders at any one of several places when I leave work and have never had a problem with a place not getting my order or not having it ready on time. I always pick up and pay@ the restaraunt and it's always worked great.

I used BeyondMenu to place an order at a local restaurant, opting to pay when I picked up the food. When I got there, the restaurant owner told me that BeyondMenu did not have permission to accept orders for them. I listened as the owner called the BeyondMenu and told them to stop placing orders. Minutes later, someone with a thick accent called and told me that the restaurant had closed. Lie!

I orded got my food and enjoyed the service until my bank called and said there was fraud on my account the last time I used that card was for beyond menu and before that two week earlier. It must have been someone there they used my card info to place a 573.42 online order at some place called against all odds. I don't even know what type of store this is. Please don't use this website.

Ive used it quite a bit from about 5 different places. Ordered from it when leaving my business and picked up on the way to my residence. I never used home delivery- if you want a real person to bring you food, then you need to pick up a good ol fashioned telephone and talk to a real person.

I never wrote any reviews in my entire life, no matter how bad the service of the website. BUT, this beyond menu is a total scam, they stole my money after I placed the order online, and did not get my order, and I called them to ask about my order, they said we are a third party and I should contact the restaurant myself to ask about my food. This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever encounter in my life. TAKE MY ADVICE AND DO NOT EVEN THINK TO ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE. Save your money and time.

I have used this service three times. It worked once. The last straw, waited an hour. Called the service, only to get a message service. Called the restaurant, was told the order never was given to them. Received a call from the service, at the same time on the phone with the restaurant. They had just received the order! I cancelled the order. The restaurant manager apologized and recommend we no longer use this service! I agree!

I placed an order with beyondmenu and received an email that my order had been placed and they charged my card. When the food hadn't shown up 2 hours later, I called their customer service. They lied to me and said the restaurant was unexpectedly closed and they couldn't get the food. When asked why I wasn't informed, they said they were "busy". Then I called the restaurant and they were open after all. They took my money, provided no service, and lied in an attempt to place blame on the restaurant. Do not use this service or partner with them if you are a restaurant, they will rob their customers and say it's your fault!

Ordered. And paid. Waited an hour then called beyond menu. They said call restaurant. They never received my order nor do they deal with beyond menu. SERIOUSLY! Then I had to jump through hoops to get charge taken off my card. Worst experience ever... just use foodler

I placed an order using Beyond Menu. Was able to check online and got a confirmation number. After an hour I called Beyond Menu to check on the status of my delivery. They told me to call the restaurant, the restaurant never received my order. I called to complain to Beyond Menu and their service representative hung up on me. An hour after this, I got an email that my order had been placed. I will never use this site again.

Total scam! We have a contract with beyond menu! They have to process credit card payments, that online customers make.We, as a restaurant have to cook and deliver the food. They did not send our last check for $520! We did our part - the ordered food was cooked and delivered on time. Now SARFINO'S PIZZA must file a small claim in the court to get paid. ALL THAT WASTED TIME AND MONEY! AND NOW WASTING MORE TIME TO FIGHT FOR OUR CHECK! BEYOND MENU IS A SCAM!

Answer: Hi Judy, can you provide us the order number for clarification? Normally, the system will prompt you to add a tip. However, on the check out page you have the option to choose pay thru BM or pay cash directly to restaurant. If you pay to BM online, we forward those tip payments, delivery charges and order amt to the restaurant every 1st and 16th of the month. They get BM payments bi-monthly. Now, if you choose pay at store or pay by cash at store, the system will not prompt you to enter a tip.
