I ordered over 250 books at BWB over the last 2 years. When books did not arrive or did not correspond to the description given I got a full refund. There really is only 1 minor drawback: shipping (international) is free (very good of course) but extremely slow. There is no option for faster shipment.

I like the price and service. The book arrived within the expected date of delivery, but the corners got quite bent in the mail. That didn't affect the readability of the book though. Condition of the book was as represented. Will buy more books from Better World Books in the future.

Took between 3-4 weeks to arrive (two separate books). Both had "minimal wear" in the description - one fits this description the other still good but wouldn't say "minimal wear" (has some annotations). But still, great value for price, will be buying from this site again.
Have used Better World Books for over 10 years now, and have never had any issues with returns, and their free delivery is excellent! I always check here first, for foreign-language books, since they have a HUGE selection of Czech, Russian, Hebrew, and Yiddish books, which are the main ones I've needed for the last 5-6 years. In addition to books, they have CD and audio cassette books on tape, although I've only purchased 2 of these.
