Le service est extrêmement professionnel et attentionné et l'entreprise a un but humanitaire: lorsque l'on achète des livres, d'autres livres sont donnés par des associations.

These books were directly relevant to the project in which I am engaged and for which I purchased them. This means your descriptions were accurate and relevant. The books prices were reasonable and I especially love that my purchase resulted in the donations of books to others in the world. I feel fortunate to have discovered the site while looking for references for my project. The only comment I have for the future is that I'd love to know what books were donated and to where. I'm usually only ordering one book at a time, so my normal experience with this company is very good. That's why they're ranked three stars instead of one Stars right now. However, this time I was trying to order an entire series of books and we had an issue. The first volume of the series I received was an entirely different book; and when I contacted them to correct this issue, I was told that there was nothing that they could do to help me. Their system was showing that they did not have any more of that book in stock, but they never sent me that book in the first place so it should have still been there. I ended up having to order the book that I needed from an entirely different source. Better world books did at least refund my money for the book that was sent wrong, but I would have preferred to just do business with one company instead of having to source it to two.

Looking for a service with access to older books and found it with Better World Books. The selection available was amazing.

I received a unique, friendly, email when my order was received and then shipped, then not a word. I was happy when my books arrived safe and sound, within the stated 21 days, at Christmas time, in a pandemic from a foreign country! I will buy books from them especially as they use some of their profits to send books to places that need more books!

Managed to find the UK editions of some childrens' series, along with other middle grade books by american authors. All arrived safe and sound despite covid delays. The ones shipping from the UK did take 2 weeks longer.

Got the book when you guys said I would but it was in rough shape and didn't have a cover on it like it said it would when I ordered it.

Book arrived safely to the UK. Although the season and a global pandemic meant it took a while, the book still got here on time.

As usual, I was able to find all of my selections and at great prices. The search function works well enough that I'm able to find the titles I'm looking for even though I'm terrible at remembering authors' names. Delivery was quick and I like the green offset option. I've purchased from them multiple times and have never had a problem.

I ordered a pharmacology workbook was in very good condition with some writing in it. Overall its a great price for the book.
