Love the program. I do Yoga but the BetterMe app is like having your own trainer except you need a mirror to look at your posture. Their exercises work for your age and body type. Noticed the next day feeling muscles that I did not know I had. It empowers you to thrive and to do a little bit more each time.

I used to weight train. Go to the gym for hours. I took a break. Life got busier. The family grew by one more. Had to start working longer hours. BetterMe is a great way to get in shape but I am a little disappointed with the marketing tactics and the price. They offered a 50% intro price, and as I was changing my mind by pressing 'back,' it bumped it to 70% off. That was the number that I was willing to see before I paid, but I can tell you I won't be renewing once the introductory price expires for my account. Great workout app, if it cost 4.99 a month I'd never stop renewing.

Earlier I gave it 4 stars as I was not able to cast my BetterMe on TV but lo and behold I can log in on my PC. Perfect. 5 stars. Enjoy these early stretches. Haven't exercised for a year due to surgery and I needed a gentle but effective way to ease back into exercise. This is it. Thanks.

Getting into the routine is difficult but a little of flexibility helps. For example, not defining the exact time to do everyday the exercise helps me to do it. Also, at times I prefer to do a long bicycle ride as my day exercise and decided not to feel bad with the system if I did not do my BetterMe. The system reminds me to do it and describes again the benefits to stay out. Accepting my pace gave me the following day more enticement to do it then.
I guess what I am saying is that we can use the rigour promoted by the program to adapt its implementation and obtain positive results. The alternative is to get frustrated and leave the program, which is not the intention. Just day by day.

I like the accountability that the app provides. The work out seems easy but I feel the effect later. Only reason it is 4 and not 5 starts it because I got a second offer for a different category of exercise, with an additional cost, meanwhile I thought that subscriptions gave me full access for the duration of my subscription. I don't want to have to pay extra while my subscription is still running.
