Everything is going smoothly and good. 20 minutes training are feeling like an hour training in the gym, so I think I'm gonna have good result by the end of the trainings)
I started to strengthen core in attempt of alleviating back pain, it has done just that.
So excited to be getting started with this exercise program. My husband has decided to join me on this adventure.
So far I've done the somatic yoga in the evening after my kids have gone to bed. I've found that it helps quiet my mind for an easier time of getting to sleep. I also do Crossfit and often have sore muscles, BetterMe has been nice for stretching. I recommend.
I joined Better Me because I've gained a lot of body fat over the last year and I have a trip in 2 months that I want to be ready for. I gain and lose weight fast so I needed something that would help me get there. I've only done 2 days and already notice a reduction in my belly fat. The workouts are perfect for me because they're easy to do and don't take too much out of me to where I'm too exhausted to move after a workout. However, it's clear that I've gotten a great workout session in. I've even told my sister about it and she signed up too. This is something I plan to stick with even after my trip. I love it 🥰🥰

I really appreciate your program in terms of quality. My comments are mainly technical.
I just wanted to highlight that sometimes the French audio sounds weird. It sounds like and English speaking person tells the word without understanding them. It is not always but sometimes. It can even be hard to understand also I am Not able to rewind exercices when I missed something during the explanation phase of each new exercise. I can pause but not rewind.
The plan is easy to follow and works for my fitness level and ability.
The app is very easy to navigate and full of useful tools for my coming journey.
I am only a few days in but so far really happy.
I've done the first two days exercises so limited experience. They were easy to follow and do and presented well.
My only negatives so far are: the immediate upselling whilst signed up, for coaching etc. also I tried to look at the next days exercises and it would only let me see todays. Not sure why that restriction is needed.
Also an assumption. I bought 12 weeks programme but it tells me I've got 28 days of activity. I assume they'll be another 8 weeks worth of stuff?
I really love the app, the only suggestion I would love to give you is to include some question about the Personal health of the customer, to me for example I do have scoliosis and per se I am not able to do some exercise cause I had spinal fusion so I am not able to bend my back... Of course mine is just a suggestion not a critic cause the app is very well done
My experience about better me is very satisfactory. It was easy to subscribe and also unsubscribe. The food advices and exercises were very good, I can clearly say that it was according to my expectations when I mentioned before joining the app. It was a nice experience but since I started to work heavily I fall short to follow the app everyday so I have unsubscribed. But may be I can join again when I will be less busy. I would like to thank all the staff created and operating for their effort to make a nice app.
