Starting to feel the progress in my legs! I cannot wait to see what else is in store for me to feel better and confident!
I didn't realise that they where still taking my money, I tried cancelling on the app and even emailed them a few times, in the end I had to cancel my card and order a new one and somehow they just did it again, I ended up putting a dispute of the transaction and I'm going to take this as far as I ca with the consumer department as I got emails proving my point. Please don't use this spammer's services as they will lock you in. I am so disgusted with this thieves.
So many other apps and ways out there, please take my advise, find another app people
The plan helps keep me on track and the exercises vary enough I don't get bored.
I trust and would like to strictly follow the app and change my bodyweight. I have been using it for a week, but I took a lot of time to choose this for my weight loss journey.
I do this program after my regular Apple Fitness+ HIIT and strength workouts. It's a great cooldown with some added mindfulness. Thus far it hasn't been all that challenging. I'm on Day 4.
It is a great app but I need to be more diligent. I tend to skip some exercise, so I try to do it all in once.
I love the fast paced stretch with good paced music. It gives great directions on how to perform all exercises. They are challenging but not too challenging. I'm really excited to finish out the 28 days and continue on
These small workouts are perfect for a busy working Mom. They are quick, easy (can modify for different levels), and effective!
The app is easy to use and the reminders are just perfect. Very happy with betterment.
I think that it has been great so far. I wish I could see my meal plans from other days. Besides that, it has been great. Also I have had knee surgery, wish some of the exercises had modifications. I have worked around it. Just a suggestion.
Always been a fitness junkie but in the last couple of years I've had health issues with my knees and back. To the point I had to stop doing exercise. Found the app scrolling through IG and decided to give it a try. Completely in love with it and grateful for it. I'm glad to have and option to workout at home without damaging my knees. 😄
Usefull videos and plans.
The only thing that wasn't great was the paying process, it said an amount and charged another. I wrote and they said that there was a time limit on the purchase page. I repeated the process and ther was not such timer.
It's great to have one app that covers an entire fitness plan from exercises, meal plan, and calorie/nutrition tracker.
I'm in day 3 and I'm liking the exercises and the time I apply doing them. I hope after 28 days I see the results!
I've only been on the plan for 4 days, but I am hopeful! The wall Pilates is excellent and my body is feeling it. The recipes are also really great!
I'm 6 days in on the 28 day wall pilates challenge and i love it so far. In this short time i've felt less lower back pain and less hip pain, and my locked-up shoulder has regained most of its mobility. The work outs are challenging but not at all frustrating, and are short enough that i can make myself complete them even if i'm sore or tired. I look forward to increased upper body strength and plan to continue my pilates journey once this challenge is done
