Not exercised for some time so the program set for me is at what I consider the correct level of challenge for me. Happy so far.
I am on day 5 of Better ME wall pilates. The workouts are quick, easy, and fun. I love the variety in the work outs, and I feel good when I am done.
AVOID THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF! I filled in all the details and took a 1 month trial for £18.23 which was just the standard package including callanetic workout. I subsequently forgot to cancel the trial and was then charged a random £37.19 for 1 more months subscription. I have been querying this amount ever since considering that all over google it shows that the cost of a YEAR'S subscription would be £19.99 and monthly subscription is £9.99. Their email customer service is not fit for purpose. They wont answer the question but just send articles as a response to a question about over charging. I have asked them twice to show me their pricing plan to show the price of £37.19 and they will not show me as in my opinions its made up. They have totally ripped me off given the cost of a months subscription is £9.99 and wont offer the evidence, an apology or even acknowledge that there has been a mistake. They are ripping off consumers in the UK making up subscription charges. DONT SUBSCRIBE unless you like losing your money as they wont respond which shows exactly what they think of their subscribers.
I have been feeling very overwhelmed with getting into fitness but have found this experience, so far, very easy. Finding 15mins a day isn't a hassle and I even find my body aching the next day so I feel like I am progressing. This is the first regime I used that includes the chapters to help change mindset. I'm feeling positive about change for the first time in a while.
So far it's been great. At first l was skeptical about gaining and maintaining weight/muscles. But these workouts give me hope when my muscles start burning they I can gain and maintain it!
I was amazed from the amount of videos and the great guidance. It fits perfectly well with me.
At the beginning I had a little misunderstanding to find the dance lessons and it took me a while to learn where it is.

I'm only three days in, harder than I expected. Definitely a little More out of shape than I anticipated. I'll let you know in the next 25 days. So far, so good.

I have wasted a lot of money on online apps and trainers.
Nothing worked out, and is only been few days. I feel more strong and honestly, this app saves a lot of time (no more drive to the gym) and is very convenient.
Only started 3 days ago however find the system simple to use. Looking forward to seeing results in the coming weeks.
