Work outs are easy to follow with good explanations. My only note is that I said I was intermediate level and the work outs seem more on the easy side but I am only on day 3.
I love that it's so easy to use this app. Everything is clear and simple. Meal plan is great! Do much variations and still very simple to make. Calories count helps a lot too, now my snacking habits reduced and I don't feel constant need in sweets. Workouts are great too

The app is simple to use and relatively inexpensive for a program especially if it's discounted. The exercises are simple enough and don't need much explanation. My only critique is that I selected "sensitive back" and though the exercises don't seem to cause issues there is a lot of getting up or getting down on the floor, which for someone with back issues is something that can aggravate it. Maybe the standing exercises and the floor exercises can be group together so there is only one up and down instead of multiple.

I have bulging discs and need to have gentle exercises to strengthen my muscles. This program allows me to go slow. I can already turn my neck in its full rotation and I'm only on day 3!
