It's been nice having something to put pressure on me to actually do the workout, and to have it planned for me
From a beginner - this is the easiest workout plan I have ever tried! The app is easy to use and the workouts ask for your satisfaction after you complete them, along with asking if you could go longer, worked too hard, or were right on the money.
I like it so far it's working for me like my coach
So far easy to follow and 28 days is going by fast. I set time aside that I know I will always be home at that time. I motivate myself by doing the exercises in the bathroom and when done right to the shower to end my day!
So far I find the workouts to be exactly what I need. I already feel a bit more flexible even after only a few days. The reminders keep me on track and I also like the calorie log as it keeps me aware my food intake and encourages me to make better meal choices. My only suggestion would be if the calorie log had more options of foods that populate and serving size. Overall, I am enjoying the experience.
I've only been using a few days, but am enjoying the calisthenics so far! They are quick enough to easily to work into a busy day, but challenging enough to make me sweat. The yoga sessions are a bit shorter than I'd like, but that's easily remedied by just doing a few back to back. Looking forward to exploring more of the workouts as well!

It took me 2 days get the courage to start my program because of my past experience when it was super hard to start when being out of shape. However, this time the session was perfect for my fitness level. I enjoyed the challenge and came back with confidence coming days. Every day there is a different set of exercises and I look forward for the next ones :)
I just started the program a few days ago. So far I'm loving it! I probably am not the usual program user. I'm doing this for my health. Not so much for weight loss. Unfortunately I have a lot of health issues. Honestly some days I can't exercise. But BetterMe has such a non demanding approach to exercise. It has really inspired me and given me back some much needed confidence. I can exercise at my pace without feeling bashed if I miss a day ( because my body wouldn't allow it). There are also options, such as yoga and stretching. I also love the ease of using the app. I can keep up with my water intake and much more. There are educational articles to read. And I've just received my BetterMe tracker. I'm very excited to see how it works with the program.
I loved it when I seen you reach people with no legs, or amputee. My wife is a double amputee and was able to do some of the challenges you provide. Thank you for helping many that are not able to do as much as others.
The exercises are calming, easy and fit into my day, they set me uo for each making me feel more ready to take on challenges
I was an avid gym goer for a year, every morning at 5am. Then I moved away form my gym and life got busy and I had no time to squeeze my workouts in and started to see my body getting less toned and not how I loved it when I was working out. This app has helped me with quick and easy workouts that I can fit in my day without needing a full shower from dripping sweat but still feeling like I got an effective workout. I have only been using this for a week so hopefully after a month, I see some good results and continue my membership.
The one thing I really do not like is ALL the add ons! Either include them in the original price or just leave them until the following month… or at least let one test it first! ANNOYING!
