The daily workouts and macro tracking are a great start to a lifestyle change. I love that the workout is different every day, so I'm not bored of the same old routine, but also to give my muscles a rest. I only wish the calorie tracking system was easy to navigate, you can scan barcodes but get a ton of options still, and it can be hard to track a homemade meal.

I probably need more than just 8 minutes. The exercises go by quickly, and I don't feel enough energy used. I'll get better as I go along I'm sure.
I appreciate the way the app asks questions to determine your fitness level before you get started with the exercises. I suspect that the exercises they start you off with are somewhat tailored to your personal situation and fitness.
I am having difficulty with doing the exercises every day, but that's just because I'm out of shape and lazy. The exercise sessions are (so far, anyway) brief and fairly easy. I assume that the intensity will gradually increase, but slow and easy is perfect for me at this point in my journey.
I also appreciate that the model is someone who appears to be around my age, and just a little bit more fit than me. This helps me to not feel too much despair as I attempt to improve my fitness, and gives me a little bit of hope that I might soon be able to do all the exercises as easily as the model appears to doing them.
My only complaint is that I am unable to make the program display on my Fire TV, so I must set up my phone on the counter so I can not have to hold it while trying to do the exercises. It turns out that the reason I can't display on my TV is that I have an older phone, without the necessary ability to cast, or mirror, on my TV. I won't be getting a newer phone just for this purpose, so propping up my phone on the counter will just have to do.

I have severe arthritis in my left shoulder which really restricts my movement but after 4 days I'm able to hang washing on the line. The physio's exercises gave only a little relief. Thank you.
