I enjoy the workouts! At first some of them seemed easy but I enjoy the challenge of some of the excercise as I go day by day.

Haven't been using the app very long.
The workouts I've done have been great. I just wish you didn't have to pay for each individual selection. I like to mix up my workouts but I am not paying multiple times for the same app.

I am just a few days in and I am enjoying the program and the app. I like that the workouts are short - makes it feel more sustainable. The UI of the app is also nice and easy to interact with - so that helps. My only concern is that the app does seem to promote diet culture. I get that most ppl sign up on the app to lose weight, but I could do without the female avatars in tight/revealing clothing. Also the constant marketing to upsell and add membership benefits is off-putting to me. Overall, love the workouts but would like to see some of the above changed.

Day three and I already feel core tightening. Tracking my calories is so easy, and helps me stay on track. With a balance of a fitness routine and caloric intake I feel confident I'll achieve my goals. The App keeps me motivated.

The app keeps you on track holding accountability. Although 8t could use some tailored questions as for breast feeding I am supposed to have a higher intake of calories. So it shows I am over every day.

So far I am loving the fact that it does not take to much of my time and I can play any music of my choice in the privacy of my own home so I don't need to worry about looking like I just woke up or fussing with make up etc b4 I workout the exercises are perfect and I feel great
