Everything I was looking for is in one app. I wanted to do intermediate fasting and they have it. Records water intake, steps, calories they even give you a meal plan which I LOVE. I'm always wondering what I should eat but not anymore. Its more than just exercise its eating clean as well.

The program has been designed greatly. The App is also top notch. I am 2 days into the 28 days challenge. However I noticed that the timing given for intialising eavh excersize and the gap between any two excersizes is too less. Every time I will have to pause, check how to do an exercise and then play to continue. It would be much smoother if this issue is resolved. Anyways a great app.!
