Still in my first week but I am enjoying the wall Pilates workouts. I find it easy to make time for a short workout but it also helps me stay on track for the rest of the day. Love the option to add on a workout if I'm feeling I could do more!

I think the system is very unique but i think its better than other things I tried. Like Videos but not with the system that you unlock it when you do it. I think maybe a little bit of a pause between the action maybe 20 sec would be cool.

I've been struggling with different work out routines and never stick to them. The Better Me app is something I can definitely see myself sticking to. The work outs are not too long, and if you wanted to have the option of doing more after the first routine. Since I got the app I've done it everyday and can feel the burn, so it definitely is working!

I'm just 5 days in, but I really like the program so far. I like that the workouts are under 20 minutes. That makes me so much more likely to stick with it. I like that it doesn't require any equipment, just a wall. I can continue to do it on vacation, or a wherever I go. I like that there's not a lot of unnecessary talking. The videos and explanation of the moves are perfect. The workouts themselves are just right. They provide a challenge, but not so much that I want to give up. It also asks for feedback after each workout so you can increase or decrease the intensity. It's also works with my back and knees, which I sometimes have issues with. The music is calm and relaxing. I'm excited to see my results after more time.

I've just begun the program ( on Day 3)! Finding it very easy to keep up with the instructor as well as the moves! Only takes 11 min out of my day and I can't wait for the next day's session to see what gets added. Hoping 28 days will help me not only feel better but look better!
